I have booked a room in Zest Harbour Bay for 3 days 2 night in June. It wasnt my first time staying in this hotel. Always been my go to hotel when i go for a trip to Batam. Its suitable for solo traveler or even those with little kids and elderly. Its conveniently located next to the Ferry Terminal and is easily accessible to all the shops nearby. Their staffs are super friendly,helpful and very accomodating. Good variety of breakfast spread and definitely very clean room. Highly recommended for its convenience and affordable price.

Recommended to stay. It’s really clean and nice place to stay. Hotel is just beside the Harbour Bay ferry terminal and very convenient. Room is very clean and housekeeping is quite perfect. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is simple, but very delicious! However, bear in mind that there is no fridge in the room. Aircon worked well. But, they need to improve for soundproofing as the door closing and banging sounds from other rooms are very loud and disturbing your sleep sometimes. Overall, it’s a nice, clean and great place to stay!

“Batam trip”
We had a pleasant stay at Zest Hotel Batam, which is conveniently located just next to Harbour Bay Port. The location is ideal for travelers—just a short walk from the ferry terminal, making it very accessible. As honeymooners, we appreciated the extra effort by the hotel to provide us with a specially designed room based on our request. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It came with complimentary bottled water (2 small bottles), which was a nice touch. The toilet and shower facilities were decent and functional. Nothing overly fancy, but everything worked well and was kept clean. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Note: A deposit of IDR 100,000 or SGD 10 (cash only) is required upon check-in. This is refundable after check-out. Breakfast had a decent selection of food, enough to satisfy different preferences. While not overly extensive, it was good value and a nice start to the day. Overall, a great choice for a short stay in Batam, especially if you're arriving via Harbour Bay.
