We stayed at York Hotel for 4 days. The receptionist staff was nice and very kind. She upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and clean, my kid was happy to run around the room. The location is strategic near the public transportation and convenient store. We would really like to stay there again if we come to singapore.

8th staycation @York Hotel SG”
Home away from home. Always enjoy my 8 stays here so far. Room with a bathtub is clean, spacious and comfortable. The 2 pools are a good place to relax. A little walk down a slope and it's the famous Orchard shopping area. Accessible to the Orchard MRT station. Reception staff usually are nice to extend my check out time for one or two hours after the normal 12 noon check out time. However, I had to check out at 11am this time, so I did not get to enjoy a relaxing lunch at the White Rose Café, where the staff is diligent, helpful and courteous. Many thanks to Ms Jennifer and her colleagues at White Rose who serve the guests well with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition despite being very busy. Overall, I had another good staycation at York Hotel. Thanks to all who attended to me. Merry Christmas!

It was a comfortable stay overall. We got upgraded rooms which is nice since we have a toddler with us and traveling as a family. The check in counter needs more people though as it can be a long queue during check in and check out.

I really love this hotel. It’s well located and central to Orchard Road and the central business district. Good transportation nearby. It’s a quiet hotel with a cute pool that’s quiet and tranquil. The staff are very hospitable, accommodating and polite. They have a fabulous Asian/Western breakfast buffet each morning. I highly recommend this hotel to both business and tourist travellers.

We travel with 3 teenagers so this hotel is good location... from Takashimaya only 10 minutes walk. The staffs are very nice... print free for our Universal Studio Voucher. The breakfast is also great.

Great location and big spacious room”
Love the proximity of York Hotel to the nearest mrt which is Orchard Station. Also, the room big enough to accomodate 3 adults and 2 kids. It’s also clean and well maintained plus the staff was very nice as well. Would definitely go back to this hotel in the future. Very much worth it.

My 4D3N Staycation”
First time booked with York Hotel, the process was smooth as I've put in few request, one of them was checked-in early. Received a email from Wye Lai Ping, Reservations Department, and was prompt with the replied - checked-in at 11.30am. My daughter & I was so happy. Overall from the moment we stepped into the hotel (no long queues :D), it was smooth. The Concierge, the Receptionist, the Housekeeping & the Staffs (apologize as I didn't get all of the names who I spoken with), all of them are friendly, professional, answers our question on point, very direct in giving direction on how to walk to Far East Plaza (about 7-10mins walk from the hotel) & Lucky Plaza. Even on my last day, I ordered Continental Breakfast & chatted with the lady staff who shared abit of history on York Hotel. Kudos to York Hotel Teams! :D

5th Starvation @York Hotel”
Had a restful staycation at York Hotel on 110721. Stayed in Superior Room this time for 2D1N and paid an affordable rate that included a breakfast. Room with bathtub is cosy, comfortable, clean and spacious. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. The food served at The Rose Cafe is great and everyone at York Hotel is polite, helpful and friendly. Reception manager was obliging and extended my check-out time till 1.00pm. All these positive factors are enough to make me return repeatedly for my staycations! Thanks to all at York Hotel!

Paragon, Mount Elizabeth medical centre, Far East Plaza and practically everything in Orchard Road are just a stone throw away from the hotel.
