Comfortable, Safe, Nice place to Staty”
We were group of friends with young children. Stayed for 3 nights. Facilities are good, staffs were very friendly and courteous. Food at the restaurant was amazing particularly the vegetarian food. Good place to spend the holiday with family and friends and beautiful complex

I stayed for one night only, i have to check in at 12 am. But the staff were so good and let me check in at 9 am without any charge. Tje view is amazing, i think its worth it.

Nice hotel but to reach the location is not in main road although not far from the main road. The room is big and spacious. It has pool with spiral sliding. Everything is nice except the location.

1st time looking at the picture in AGODA are 100% different from this hotel. They used another side of resort as a picture of this hotel (front view). All the furniture is SO OLD. Trust me, you will find something old, dusty, and even not working well. for this price, I think this is to high. I can get better hotel with this price. the smell of the room or entire hotel is not good cause they dont even use air conditioner inside the room.

The F&B staff are a broker. My wife order Sausage fried rice, sosro tea, and medium mineral water. But they serve pricey special fried rice, big mineral water, sosro tea, and orange juice. The price difference are very big. And the real price are difference from the price list in the room. They say the price list in the room not include VAT & Tax. But they never give the F&B bill from the Hotel. Just ask us to pay as he said. Don't stay at this hotel. Very2 disappointed. Not professional management.
