Got the rooms after check-in time was over, so there was huge discount on the rooms. And we were so amazed when we enter the rooms. They were larger than the usual superior rooms elsewhere, and equipped with thorough facility and amenities; not to mention that the rooms and toilets are so clean. In summary, it’s over our expectation. 😊

Satisfy stayed been here regularly when in medan. Cons - recent stay was shock to see the towel is in poor condition, torned at the edge, and the menus only mininal choices eventhough paparichs restaurant is available. Should buck up with more veraities of foods.

We extended our stay here as we were happy with the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful too. Would be great to increase the food variety for the room services. It would be complete if they have swimming pool and playroom as well. Thumbs up!

Clean and well managed airport hotel”
I was surprised at how clean and well managed this place was. The airport shuttle was on time. The staff was very professional. The room was clean. I cant speak to facilities as i did not use any. All in all, for indo, at that price, a grear deal. I would stay there again. No question.

Pro - room service menu has been improved but a bit expensive. Con - water always clogging near the toilet bowl due to poor drainage,most of the rooms, never improved on this matter, since i always stay here since 2016..

Good for one night before flying”
I got a good price on Agoda, that's why I booked (regular prices seem too high for my budget). The room was really excellent, very comfortable and large, with a nice bathroom and of course hot shower. Staff was OK, but we didn't communicate too much - one little problem was that they only gave me the Wifi password when I asked them to later. I didn't use their restaurant, I went to the little open air terrace opposite the hotel, where food was good and cheap, and they also had free Wifi. I used their free transfer to the airport, which was available at 9am or 12 noon, so I either had to wait too long at the airport, or rush - opted for the former.

Very good hotels. It has gym, airport transfer and a really nice PappaRich restaurant. The only drawback is that wifi is sometimes unreliable to nonexistent. Has to work on it.

Good place for transit to the airport”
Pro - The room was big and clean,satisfy with my stay. Cons- Wifi were very BAD during my 2 nights stay 9-11 jan 2019. Had asked many times to check the connectivity of the wifi level 6,but were told by the staff "we will TRY to settle it, but still very poor connection. Foods for breakfirst and to room request had not been change since I stayed in the year 2017 till early 2019, same menus. Luckly Paparich restaurent is located in the hotel. The management should have improvise the menu's and have a good impression by visitors about the food served at the hotel.

if you are transiting at KNO, this is the hotel with the best facilities. across from there is a convenience store (Indomaret), next to the hotel there is a fast food restaurant and a Padang desert restaurant. Large parking is also available underground parking. free airport transfer buses available, only about 10 minutes from the airport.
