The location of the hotel is outside of the main city, but no crowds was good option for this hotel. The service was perfect. The owner provided the best services as much as possible. Pool was deep enough to swim, and the balcony was connected to the pool directly.

Best hotel I have stayed at”
Though the place is a bit rundown, it is still a very serene place to stay. It's right across from Otres 2 beach. It's probably around 20 minutes away from the city proper but this is a place where you can really enjoy yourself. The breakfast they offer is worth it too. The staff were really helpful. Will definitely recommend this place.

Great place despite otres beach is being upgraded so fairly basic at time of writing . However, this small , personal hotel is a bubble containing EVERYTHING you need for a break . Beautiful Private beach and clear water, ( lovely to swim from morning to night ) , amazing food which you can have from your beach chair or in the well designed restaurant (also set up on the beach in the evenings with live mellow music several times a week ) beach bbqs etc. Lovely pool . Staff are a real asset . So eager and friendly and seem so happy together it creates a really relaxed atmosphere . We didn’t do the beach yoga ,however, met the instructor who had such a lovely nature. Room was lovely, too . I’d highly recommend this if your in the area .

Lovely welcoming Hotel !”
Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms. Very comfortable king size bed with top quality linen. Every detail of the room is 1st class , bath robes, flip flops etc. The staff are all wonderful, from the minute you arrive with welcoming drinks to the bar and restaurant staff they are so smiling and attentive. The restaurant food was very good, breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The pool looked lovely ....yoga & gym was offered as was a free boat trip to the island. They keep their piece of the beach lovely . Outside of the hotel is hell .. they did email us twice to warn of the dreadful state of the resort and beach . We were only looking for a hotel stay before our boat to Koh Rong Island and we are glad that we stayed in this hotel. We only hope that things improve for Sihanoukville as now it is horrendous!

A peaceful haven right opposite the beach”
The hotel is very charming and peaceful. The room is clean and the shower water pressure is strong. Breakfast is quite limited considering the price of the room but it was tasty. Overall, even if our room experienced some technical issues (TV, electricity...) it was a very enjoyable stay! And don't forget to have diner on their private beach: it's really an amazing experience!

Not sure if it was the period of our second stay there or the typhoon that had past of the coast... but the rooms cleanliness and quality had clearly dropped by a few notches... we had booked the best room of the hotel and had to move out cause of flooding coming from the terrace (bad water evacuation) that had even dragged a frog in the living room... it gave some company to the 2 mices that were residing in the room... We got lucky and we had been moved to another room, also with mice residents that clearly took the sofa for their toilets... and all this said, we did not ask for a discount on the rates as we thought that it would come naturally... but it never came... probably the last time we go there.

We had a surprised during our stay in this hotel, the restaurant staffs noticed my wife birthday and sent her a cake with birthday song. Really surprised us. This hotel has nice decoration and big room but it was not the best time when we stayed there, there were upgrading works on the beach side. I think there will be great when the upgrade is done.

I booked a residential suite with private garden room and a residential suite with seaview for a night with my wife and my son. The private garden is not so private and the grass on the ground are all soils. Not much of grass. Abit disappointed. The residential room suite with seaview layout is exactly same as the private garden. Too much blocking of coconut trees infront of the balcony, can see only abit of the view of the sea. Well, at least something i am happy about is the Duo restaurant serves nice delicious western food, Fantastic salad, nice Pork Ribs(recommended), pizza is good. The breakfast is nice too. Love the benedict eggs. If you are driving, don't be afraid to park your car in front of the hotel on the road. The hotel has own security guard at night to take care of your car.

Great food & cocktails - clean room and shower - with airco - nice yoga class! But will not stay here again because a lot of noise, you heard the restaurant music till 24:00 and from 7:00 through the thin walls. As we were exhausted from travelling, we really needed some piece and quietness, but for 1 night we accepted it without complaining because the pros outweighted the cons. Yes, there is construction in front of the hotel, but for us this was not an issue

Otres Beach Is gone”
Hotel was clean and beautiful. The whole Otres beach has torn apart so we were there in really bad timing. Oy the other hand they had private boat to the koh ta kiev which was awesome. Bit pricy but there is no competition at the Otres beach at the moment

Delightful hotel for family”
Pros: it a beautiful property At the beach. Breakfast was good and the Christmas dinner with live music was cherry on the top. Cons: Few stray dogs on the beach. One of the dogs bit me and I had to take 5 injections of anti rabies vaccine. The next day, the same dog bit another tourist. This is very dangerous as rabies is life threatening disease.

My room, with huge terrace, was big, clean, and comfy. Food was overpriced. Crepes Suzette are not really real Crepes Suzette 😅 Gym Definitely needs better mantain. Old and not funkcional machines. Very sad hotel is not 'adults only'. The pool is nice but was always full of Kids, so not really relaxing...

The city is under BIG and horrible changes”
We were warned that the government was building the roads, so upon arrival we kept an open mind THOUGH the road to get to the hotel was CRAZY, buy I thought - the did warend us. BUT to my surprise the also were building a road on the other side of the hotel!! towards the beach AND on the hotel just cleared "there" part of the beach on both other sides of the hotel beach ground there were a lot of buildingmaterials and trash. I am sure that once this was an amazing place (the hotel it self is really nice) but at this time the area I like a nightmare/bad movie - and given that you also choose to book looking at the pictures - and they do NOT match at the moment.

Horrific! Not just the hotel, but the whole town must be avoided unless absolutely necessary ”
Hotel is ok, staff are excellent, kind, helpful and attentive but it does not measure up against the absolute shamefulness of this hotel still remaining in operation. The is nothing in the surrounding area (an this means Sihanoukville itself), there's no beach (other than the 5 metres stretch of sand in front of the hotel), there's nothing to do but to escape and go somewhere else, so that's exactly what I was forced to do. I can't believe the hotel is still taking bookings at around full-price and Agoda is still taking bookings for them when the town of Sihanoukville is completely under construction. The roads, buildings, beaches etc are a mess and being redeveloped by the Chinese. There wasn't a single person I spoke to who was not horrified by it all, from the locals to every tourist was more than upset by the situation. Avoid at all costs unless you're heading to one of the lovely islands nearby.
