Good value if you stick to Superior room”

rooms are quite dated although facilities are good. Happy hour has good cocktails for cheap, and buffet breakfast is good not great. The superior rooms at 60-70$ Incl breakfast, make this hotel a good value, but I wouldn’t pay any more.

Nice Place, a Bit Pricey”

We very much enjoyed our stay. The private outdoor hot tub was the biggest plus. Close to area attractions. Price was in line with the area, but not a bargain.

Great place! The garden / grounds and various pools (including those with thermal water) are fantastic and perfect for relaxation after a day out. Volcano views from almost everywhere (including our room - 318), which is great. The rooms (at least the one we stayed in) could use a little update but they are well maintained and perfectly clean. Would certainly come back!

Great location with view of Arenal volcano”

Great location with view of Arenal volcano, great facilities and amazing breakfast! Kids enjoyed the thermal hot springs, the pool, sauna and having a bar near the thermales. Would definitely recommend this. Our room itself did not have a view of volcano but there were other rooms with the view, would be great if you get a view with volcano. Restaurants were close by and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property!”

The grounds of this hotel are spectacular, and we loved the thermal pools, especially the one with the swim up bar. The included breakfast is delicious!! The beds in our room were not very comfortable though. One mattress was completely collapsed on one side, and they only provided sheets with no duvet or bedspread. If they fixed the beds, this property would be perfect.

Everything was great. Easy check in and helpful in arranging our LONG ride from Arenal to Quepo (Manuel Antonio.) Hot Springs were hot the first day and less so the second. Maybe out of their control? Food was very good and the breakfast buffet was just fine for our morning adventures.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen”

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück für Europäer eher dürftig. Das Personal beim Frühstück sehr unaufmerksam. Mussten ständig selbst an die Bar laufen um Kaffee oder nach anderen Dingen zu fragen.
