Well apart from their pathetic portions of breakfast the Apartments, a new concept for us Indians, was good, no Airconditioning, felt hot & stuffy in room...antique coffee maker..didn't help...rest all fine and above class

Don’t cook in the appartment ”
The bed and pillows were horrible. The fire alarm was extremely sensitive. I was cooking for my sick mum some pasta with all the windows open and the vent on high, but ventilation was horrible that it set off the fire alarm for the whole building! Was told by the fire dept was not going to be charged but was slapped with a 2000 franc bill a week later. (Even though we found out fire dept bills in swiss are typically 200-300 francs). When i tried to ask questions about the charges and clarify, the customer service took extremely long to reply and conatantly give vague and short answers. They could not produce invoice from the fire department when asked so i had no way of knowing if the charges were really from the department.

We didn’t got any sleep because there was construction 24/7! Even on Sunday! No sleep at all! The hotel couldn’t give us any help or compensation! Very bad experience!

Great Value for Expensive Zurich”
+ After reading all the complaints from other guests regarding the lack of A/C, i was pleasantly surprised it wasn't that bad. The fan provided was just fine for us during our late summer/early fall visit in August. Location close to Sihlcity Mall was very convenient. The train station didn't service the airport nor the Zurich HB, but there are 3 nearby tram lines that takes you everywhere. The toilet and expansive tub were great! Kitchen was fully equipped for our light breakfast prep. For what you are paying in Zurich town, this apartment was really good value for money. - Took the small studio rooms. A bit tight for 2 adults and 1 kid. Not super close to town centre but well connected via trams.

A very convenient apartment for family with kids”
The room was excellent with all the basic facilities (small kitchen, laundry room at the basement). A good investment for those who are planning to bring family with small kids. A super convenient if you decide to use public transportation. The train station is only behind the apartment with only 2 stations to reach Zurich HB main station. It takes only 10 minutes to reach the main station. The shopping mall is only a walking distance and you can buy all the groceries from the COOP inside the mall.

Great Location”
The best thing is the location. it is directly on Zurich Gleishuebel bahnhof, it just take 5 minutes (train) to go to zurich main station. But... it means, it is also very noisy 24 H. I can hear all the trains and cars from my room. The22nd best thing is the washing & drier machine that can be used for free in the basement. The downside is : NO ONE ON SITE TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING I have difficulties to get into my room upon arrival. The apartment door was stucked. I had to wait for almost one hour ( after tons of emails and international calls) to have a technician to come to the apartment building and help us with it. I said us, because there was also another traveller who experienced the same thing with me on that day.The hallway was not cleaned properly ( not everyday) in my opinion, you can see pieces of trash (such as tissues) in the hallway that were still there from the day before. I have to wait 2 days and write 3 emails to get a new pillow.

My stay at the hotel was rather nice. It's a self-catering hotel, so you can even cook in the room if you want. I was there for business and it gave me all I needed, at a very reasonable price.

Two nights visit”
I stayed in this property long term a while ago when the property was relatively new. This time I noticed little things like tap fittings and soap dispensers needed replacing !! Other than that we had a very comfortable stay . Thank you .

all is really nice. I just missed aircondition,the room was super hot and opening the window was too loud because of the nearby trainstation. Also train the polish team a bit better,i could feel that they were new.They were nice but need more experience.

Very small apartment, annoying rent”
Apartment is modern but very small. if you want to cock inside you will not find it comfortable. basic clocking stuff aren't available. more important, there are a long list of things in the apartment, and you will need to report any damage you find in anything in the apartment, otherwise you pay for it. it's like dealing with a company, not a host. we found out that there are damages in lamb, chair and table one day after our stay and we reported them, we could easily dismiss these damages if we did not use the chairs and the table. and I assume we will pay for damages we didn't make. I didn't feel comfortable at all when I knew that I am dealing with a company with lawyers and not with a host who gives you a special welcome. I don't recommend these apartments.

Holiday with 3 young kids”
we planned our stay at your hotel. no doubt the location was good near to the mall and train station. however aft travelling all the way down to your hotel we saw no reception. we had crying kids and was told that we needed a pin to enter our hotel. this was not told to us before we made the trip down. no form of communication. they also asked for pasport copy to verify booking. all this caused us alot of inconvenience. I didnt rcv any email abt all this procedures. my husband had to find wifi to.log in to email them our details to get the pin. I am Okay with being high tech and towards a smart nation but do provide us with the information before hand not when we arrive. also we were not the only guest who was lost there was another guest just as lost. then comes to the room cleaning. understand that 10 June was a public holiday so no cleaning service. however on 11 June we went out thinking our room will be cleaned but nope we came back to a messy hotel. pls re look at these points that make a huge difference to our holiday experience.

Not Happy - I will never visit again”
Service was not great at all, I booked a different apartment with a bigger size according to my requirement. I received an email 2 days before saying that apartment is not available and alternatively they provided a small one. I didn't had any other option. Apartment was tiny, I cant put my luggage, its just for one person. I was keep requesting for Late checkout (1PM) a day before i leave but never received a response on that day and next day got an email saying we never received an email so you must leave 10AM. It was raining but had to leave with my young one.. I went to many places and stayed in different hotels/apartments, this is is my first "BAD" experience/review
