You cannot beat the convenience of this place! It is so easy to access Zurich station. Now that the shopping area is opened, you can cut through and enter from the back door! There is a really big Starbucks nearby and you can chill with your luggage to wait for the airport train. The roads are all flat and even so your hand and luggage won't die on the way. The room is quite big but the sofa is not really the cleanest. We made do with the sofa. There is a dining table and the bed is big enough for two big girls. Shampoo, shower gel and towels are provided. Two TV sets to watch on the sofa and in bed. The access code will be sent to you via email a day before after you sent your passport details.

Great apartment, but need to improve on providing timely guest access code”
I have to highlight the need to improve on customer service which is the only downside to this booking. Guests are supposed to check in with a provided access code. To obtain the code, guests need to email the host with passport details. I feel this should be a proactive step taken by the host and not the guests as some guests may miss this detail out during booking. We only found out about this 1 day before checking in and luckily managed to get Agoda to reach out to host to sort things out (while we also emailed host separately). We received the access code on the morning itself before checking in in the afternoon. Aside from this, apartment was perfect — clean and cosy with basically nothing lacking. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were provided. All basic cooking equipment and cutlery were provided which was great for cooking in. We stayed in September and the room was warm enough (not sure if the heater was working). Awesome location too just few mins walk from main station!

Nice apartment… only thing no good is the shower area … the water flowed out of the bathroom and to the bed area.. need to be careful on that. After shower , need to wait till the showered water drained off then open the glass door. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.
