Our trip to Zürich ”

There was a heat wave when we arrived, there was no fan in the apartment. It was super hot. After calling the customer service they arranged a fan that was delivered next morning. Overall apartment had everything in the kitchen but no fan or AC in such a hot weather is not acceptable . It’s not that close to the train station . There is no room service for our entire stay. WiFi was good

The apartment was nice, equipped with a bathtub. Location was also good, with public transportation nearby. Kitchen was stated as fully equipped, but didn't come with an oven. Would be also a nice gesture to include a rechaud. However, we had a lot of frustration with this place because of their bad communication. I asked one week before the trip how I would get a code/key and if early checkin is possible. I only got an answer after calling the hotline while I was already in Zurich - I was suddenly told I need to send a photo of my passport to be able to get my code. Even worse, I needed to sent it to an email that was not stated anywhere, and I had to talk to 3 different call center agents before I got it right, including a confirmation for early checkin. When I finally got the confirmation and the code, I tried to enter it at the location - And it was not working. Calling again the call center, it turned out the early checkin was not entered, although I asked all 3 previous agents to do that. After another 5 minutes on the phone, it finally worked. Why was I not told that whole procedure before, after I paid the apartment?
