We had a very good stay here in this hotel, I chose this hotel because of my son’s 7th Birthday celebration and it was awesome! The staff are very nice specially the Filipino guy from the restaurant who was very accommodating to us he gave my son some Birthday treats like cake and some goodies which made the Birthday celebration more enjoyable, thanks so much to this Filipino staff you are truly very nice!! More blessings to you! The pool is really nice and clean! Breakfast buffet is so good and delicious!! There’s a free shuttle from airport to hotel and vice versa which will make trips more convenient especially if you are traveling with kids. Bus station is very near to hotel. There’s a grocery store at the ground floor of the hotel and 7-11 nearby just 3mins away. A lot of restaurant around too. Overall the hotel is highly recommended to travelers especially with kids.

One of my best staycation in Singapore ”
Recommend this hotel to everyone. Stayed at a few hotels in Sg before and this is one of my best stay. Iffa (not sure if right spelling) was extremely friendly and pleasant during our checking in. As I just had an operation and have to avoid crowded areas, kudos to her for recommending us to topup to club benefit so I can avoid going out. Love that she always carry a smile on her face whenever we see her. Room is spacious and clean. The shampoo and soap gel was a bit too little for 2 pax as we bathe twice a day however no issue as we took another set from housekeeping. Would love to come back for another stay!

We were greeted by very friendly staffs. The environment were cosy and the room was very clean. I love hotels that provides room slippers and robes. There was bars and restaurants around walking distance. There is also a small cafe with good quality pastries and coffee for light snack, and a convenient store just 1 level below. This area is known for the Baba Nyonya food. Had very delicious lunch at The Peranakan Inn. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really went out of their way to make my son and my stay comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of options. The room was big and very clean. The location worked so well for us, grocery store downstairs, lots of restaurants nearby, large mall right behind and a bus out the front. Very homely experience ”
I stayed for 4 days as I was between two house agreements and had to find a place for my family to be comfortable,the staff was very friendly,the room was always made so well by the housekeeping staff,being centrally located we never had any difficulty in purchasing things with Fairprice supermarket being connected to the same building.Garden ,temple and amazing restaurant are at stone through distance.We had a great stay and planning to choose it again in the coming week.

A Decent Hotel To Stay In”
Nice Ambience, Clean Room. A perfectly placed hotel with many convenience within the hotel building itself which is intergrated with a supermarket on the first level and other convenience such as Barber/Hair Salon, Massage, cafe, And if you head outside, you're surrounded with eateries... Cafes, Restaurants, Bars... You'll never run out of ideas on where to eat as you have many choices! And if you walk a li'l more, there are two malls closeby... I12 Katong & Parkway Parade. If you wanna head down to town (Orchard Road), there is a direct bus that heads towards that direction which is right in front of the hotel. All in all, this is a good hotel to stay in if u love food and convenience.

The Family room was large enough for a family of 4. The included breakfast was good. Bathroom was roomy enough with a large shower. The staff were all very friendly. The pool was great of an evening after a long day at Sentosa. The 2 double beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Wifi was quick . I would recommend this hotel.

We got the family room and its peranakan deco is so beautiful. Toilet is huge and shower is of really good quality. Love it that it also had a bidet.For muslims they have the qiblat sign,just need to open the drawer nearest to balcony area & bible for christians.The balcony area is also useful to dry our swimming costumes. Swimming pool is a range of depth 1.2m-1.8m. Just bear in mind the carpark is only outdoor so u might want to drop off the kids at the lobby before parking. Ntuc is conviniently located just a short walk,with parkway parade just opposite of the hotel.

We tried many hotels to just chill over the weekends but we still prefers Katong Village Hotel as our resting nest. Staffs is so friendly and approachable... Concierge Mr Savan and Reservation frontdesk Mr Louis make us feel home. Staff able to recognise their regulars instantly. I travelled with 1'special needs teenage boy, a teenage girl & a toddler. All of them had a wonderful time even though for a night. We could view the sea with passing ships. I was with my 4-year-old son who was having a procedure done while we were in town. The staff were so considerate and thoughtful, they even brought him a "get well" card and cake to cheer him up afterwards. The hospitality was exceptional.
