"おすすめ" in English means "recommendation" or "recommended".”

When I was considering staying overnight for a live performance at Ariake Arena from a distant location, I received a lot of recommended information from many people and decided to use it. The recommended points were that it was a short walk from the station, the room was extremely clean and the water facilities were also clean, and the smoothness of transportation before and after the live performance. Since it is a short walk to Ariake Garden, you can have a meal after the live performance and return to the hotel without any worries, even if you are a woman alone. The room was compactly designed but comfortable without any waste. If you had a large suitcase, it might be a little difficult to handle in a single room. It is recommended for those who want to immerse themselves in the afterglow without being caught up in the crowd after the live performance. Check-in and check-out are done at the machine in the lobby, but when I sent my luggage back home on my way back, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I would like to use this hotel again when I come to the arena.

Cold, flat attitude and unwelcoming front desk ladies, . Why is this?”

Front desk agents ignored me and made me wait for Nihonjin to be serviced that were in line in back of me, so I had to wait 5 minutes just to be acknowledged to when I was at the counter. Checkin was inefficient and took another 15 minutes, as the CSA ran away from the desk twice while taking care of me! Desk also did not greet me and not as polite to European and American Gaijin, as I observed differential attentive treatment given to Nihonjin. Please do not continue unfriendly and cold attitude in this manner. The housekeeping staff should be the front desk staff because they were warm and acknowledging, whereas I can say it makes a stay at your hotel feel 100% better and creates loyalty. I would hesitate in regards to staying here again because of that. They really suck. Other staff seem to have more responsibility taking care of your hotel guest in the dining area and housekeeping. The front desk has it easy the reservations are there a bunch of fuel buttons could not even welcome us with a greeting or smile or say thank you at any time except for three young men who were in night/overnight shift. I would think you need to retrain these people in order to process it correctly when they are checking in and checking out no thank you was given at any time this place is rude in American standards. I stayed six nights here two nights at La Vista I could easily stay somewhere else and be treated properly, instead of treated like a damn stranger everyday of my stay with the weird looks. I do hope the owners of this hotel will read this summation I am sharing. I live in Hawaii and we're very accommodating to everyone that visitshaving more many years and the tourism industry and now I work as airport security and I am always speaking nicely to Japanese people and they're come right up and ask this questions and there is no problem of being uncomfortable or feeling out of sorts because we do not extend negative feelings like that. Again feeling like a stranger every time you move through the front desk area is very unwelcoming and disconcerting to say the least. As far as cleanliness goes someone had excreted on the white chairs in the front lobby area and when I sat down I could smell it was as if someone was using the toilet next to me as I couldn't tell where it was coming from I should say that this is a horrible experience for myself and others to be sitting in this area and when it gets crowded you can't even sit in available chairs and tables in the dining room you have to end up sitting on a chair that someone shat on. Beyond that it's too embarrassing for me to bring it to attention not only to my inadequate Japanese language skills but because your front desk staff already treat me like I've got a disease. I've never had to leave a review or bother to leave a review to address this type of issue. Get it together. You need to retrain the staff as soon as possible one I'll keep losing business, well go right ahead and keep doing what you do so well.

Friendly place with great outdoor areas for kids , bike friendly! ”

The hotel is situated at Ariake tennis mori stn which terminal stop is at Shimbashi (to transfer elsewhere in town), you can take a direct bus to Tsujihan market, ginza area, tokyo station .theres a free Direct shuttle to and fro Ariake Garden & Haneda airport. And just overall a convenient yet nice and quiet area not like Shibuya where you can even squeeze through the crowd. The room is a bit small as expected from tokyo hotels, just your bed and some space to walk around it. But the bathroom has a nice tub, everything is clean and pillows, beddings are decent quality. The lounge with free tea/ coffee/ juice makes up for the lack of space, just hang out downstairs or go to different floors to see the vending machine or washer dryer with the young kids The only thing is that it might be crowded with concert goers, as it is next to the stadium Ariake gym-ex We were there over a weekend with kpop concert on, the hotel was filled with people but didn’t really affect us that much Japanese people are very considerate and polite. They aren’t loud and won’t do things to disturb you

Tokyo Trip April 2024”

The hotel room is slightly bigger than most Tokyo hotels. However, I find the bathroom quite small, it's a good we are not big people, otherwise it would have been a problem. Although I did say the room is bigger that most hotel in Tokyo, it's still not big enough to have multiple luggages open. I have to open a luggage in the floor one at a time. Our rooms are clean, although housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms every day. Towels were changed and trash were taken out every day. Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet tissue, face tissue are available in the rooms while other self-care amenities available at the reception area. Buffet breakfast is good. There's also free drinks (lemon water, non alcoholic sangria, tea, coffee) available from 2pm to 10pm at the lounge. I find the hotel location quite good. It is in a quite but developing side of Tokyo but near a train station, a bus stop with a bus to Ginza, Tokyo station and other locations, a mall (Ariake mall) and Limousine bus pick-up/drop-off to and from Haneda. I will consider this place again when visiting Tokyo.

Unplanned stopover ”

Last minute planning while was in another country before landing in Tokyo Japan. Even though it was only a couple of nights, the room was small yet adequate to my situation. Minimalist approach to the rooms where all amenities were downstairs to take before you go up or whenever you run out, always topped up. They do have a free drinking lounge from 1500 - 2200 in their restaurant which breakfast times operates from 0700-1030. Close by to Ariake Garden shopping complex which is also a convention centre and hotel all bundled in one so plenty of food around the here if you're willing to venture around. Can also take public transportation to Odaiba where I noticed on during the Golden week there was crowded full of people. Lots of shopping centre and food to cater for all different types of travellers. Overall a good stay if you want to explore the areas around here. Unicorns 🦄 Gundam was one of my favourites.
