Just Okay”
Okay for short stay. The place is quite scary. That night, we cant locked our door, i did message the host (didnt replied, maybe it already late) and i walked downstairs and seek for help but non of the people could help me. The next morning someone is trying to enter our place and my aunt quickly stop the door. The host said that we didnt text, but i did amd texted her exactly with the same number and she said she received the message. I told the host that we will checkin around 10pm but she said she about to let go our place. Scary

The location of Viaduct Apartments is great. Nice area, the edges off town with start-up shops and restaurants. The apartment was warn out. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet was dirty. Above that the apartment was smelly. When we made a comment the cleaning lady gave us an angry reaction. And did not fix the seat. She also made a picture with her mobile phone of our passports for check-in. That is not right.

Small 1 bedroom with shared bathroom and kitchen ”
It was nowhere mentioned on Agoda that the room we selected will have a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. 1bathroom and 1 kitchen is shared between 4 bedrooms. Considering this it is not recommended for couple and family travelers. But everything was neat and clean, fully equipped kitchen and even a bathtub in the bathroom.

Impossible to rest Baby screaming and crying the parents were not doing anything They change me room for one much more smaller where was impossible to open the from door because was not working No empathy all even rude

Stay at Viadukt Apartments”
The lady who manned the what's app contact is not very helpful. Does not allow to be called and does not answer my questions what'sapp. The apartment is nearly 1.6km away from Zurich HB train station and not 500m away - unsure it is an Agoda's mistake. When asked for direction to get there, she answered she did not know. The kitchen has many missing utensils. The gentleman is helpful on check-in though.

Great location! infront of a park, I M viadukt, and walking distance to the tram. But photos of the apartment are different from actual. Wood flooring is noisy, you can hear every noise neighbors are making even from upstairs room.

Fortunately we reached early and ask for early check in ( even with extra charges. Problem was nobody was on help desk to talk and when we called owner she started talking very rudely. She used such words which were really disappointing. I heard Swiss people are polite and helpfull but personal experience was really bad. if you have other options then don't try this appartment

가까운 역에서 걸어서 10분정도 걸리고 중앙역도 걸어서 가기 멀지 않았어요. 다만 출입구부터 계속 열쇠를 사용하는데 열쇠 사용법이 어려워서 욕실에 한번 갇혔어요 ... 그리고 아파트먼트라 공용욕실, 화장실 사용하는데 불편할 줄 알았는데 다른 방 묵으시는 분들이랑 시간이 안겹쳐서 안마주치고 편히 썼고요! 방크기는 캐리어 28인치 2개 펼쳐놔도 충분했어요. 그리고 공용주방 사용할 수 있어서 너무너무 좋은데, 다른 룸에 묵으셨던 한국인분들이 라면 드시고 설거지를 두번이나 안하고 가셔서 대신했어요. 여기 가시는 분들 공용주방 쓰시면 다음 쓰시는 분들은 위해 꼭 뒷정리하세요!

优点：员工热情，早到的情况下主动帮忙送行李去房间 缺点：1. 房间隔音差，基本外面有啥动静都能听到，离铁轨也近，12点之前火车声较大 2. 这个可能是Agoda的锅，我在19年11月底预定时房间完全没有标注共享卫生间，导致入住时非常震惊，一进门就是几个毛腿大汉在那痴笑 3. 卫生一般，尽管浴室还是干净，房间里竟然有只大苍蝇在飞 4. 离火车站步行20分钟
