the hotel was sub standard, the pictures was deceiving.i booked 2 rooms because the hotels in palembang was fully booked due to islamic solidarity games event. the mattress was old and the spring protruding the surface. very noisy because my room was next to busy road and the windows can not be properly closed. the next day i check out even i had made 2 nights booking

Quite Comfortable Hotel for budget traveller”

stayed 3 nights here. late check-in due to late arrival of flight. requested for airport transfer from the hotel management but none of it available. reached the hotel and ask the staff why there is no airport transfer as per requested. the answer is that they NEVER provide airport transfer.but it was indicated that airport transfer is available here in agoda. at least he hotel management should inform me earlier through phone or email that there is no airport transfer due to unavailability. during first day, went out for sight-seing around Palembang city, went back to room and found out that my room air-conditioned was turned-on! i am very sure that i turned it off before im leaving the room. and my room smell cigarette! even though i am a non-smoker. lucky that none-of my stuffs missing. as for the breakfast they provide, found hairs inside my meals. they should be aware of the cleanliness level of their food. overall the experience staying here is average. easy access to public transport (angkot)

OVERALL SATISFACTORY HAD A GOOD REST PEACE FULL PLACE AWAY FROM TOWN BUT TRANSPORT EASILY AVAILABLE WITH REALLY REASONABLE FARE. THE BEACH IS NEAR BY. THE HOTEL IS GOOD FOR FAMILY AND GROUPS CAN HAVE THEIR GREAT HOLIDAY. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY STAY HERE. WOULD LIKE TO RECOMEND THIS FOR FAMILY OR BIG GROUPS OR EVEN COUPLES

the hotel is ok with clean room and clean bath room. the staff is nice and ever willing to supply the info that i needed to travel around palembang specially the manager mrfabby. but the sad thing palembang doesn't offer much to see. 1 whole day should be allright. the sight seeing places masjid agung , monpera , musuem and pasar illir 16. you can easily take an angkot (green)which comes practically every min and the cost right infront of the hotel.

saya dan rekan2 saya kurang memuaskan disini,pertama kedatangan check in kami menunggu 2 jam untuk ke kamar,,di karenakan seprtinya kamar belum siap,padahal saya sudah book beberapa hari sebelumnya,sepertinya kamar tersebut di jual oleh pegawai lain,sehingga kami menunggu,,tiba saatnya kami ke kamar dari 3 kamar yg saya booking,ada 1 kamar yg tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian,namun saya tetap bersabar dan meminta agar besok kamar tsb di ganti dengan yg sesuai,,,ini kali pertama saya booking via agoda mendapatkan kekecewaan..mungkin saya akan berpikir lagi kalo boking di agoda,,thankss
