"Located 100m in front of the surf breaks, this hotel is only few minutes walk to Echo beach restaurant and canggu "center" for restaurant and bars (Deus ex machina, Betelnut etc)... Probably the best location to check the surf and enjoy the sunset from the overflowing swimming pool... Very peaceful location and Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. We first booked for 3 nights and further extend for 4 more nights. Highly recommended getaway for your stay in Canggu. it might be slightly more expensive than other hotels but you get what you pay for... I will definitely book few nights to this hotel in my next trip to Bali."

"This place is not your typical mainstream hotel - it is a garden with several bungalows / villas. Don't be deceived by the low-key entrance and the fact that it is not easy to find because it is obscured by the spa in front of it, although it is right across the Intercon Hotel. But as soon as you enter the compound, it is like entering paradise! Relaxing music, birds chirping, leaves rustling. Add to that the very courteous staff, the tasty food, the gorgoeous interiors of the old teak villa we stayed at, the wonderful high tea which was free for all guests, the seasalt for the tub, the serenity and quietness of the place - all these made me want to just stay inside the compound. I almost forgot I was in Bali and I had to explore the whole island. This may come a bit costly, but you get what you pay for. Needless to say, this place is very highly recommended! I have been to so many hotels all over Europe and Asia, but my stay here is definitely one of the most memorable hotel stays. I gave 4 stars to Location because there are not many restaurants in the vicinity, but this is what you get in exchange of the quietness. 4 stars also to Facilities because for the price, there should have been a mini gym. "

"I truly wish we had another day or two to really enjoy Shore Amora. This is such a beautiful hotel and our only regret was that we didn't book more days here. We did not stay in the villas, but the rooms were just as aesthetically pleasing as I'd imagine the private villas to be. They also did a BBQ night out on the front for hotel guests and it was such a lovely experience and ambience with live music. The free breakfast is AMAZING!!! Definitely take advantage of this!! All of their drinks are were really good and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. We also got a couple's massage at Jani's spa and it was one of the best massages I've gotten in Bali! "

"A stay in this area of Bali is very relaxing and perfect for beach goers like us. It is very isolated and quiet compared to other parts of Bali. Balangan beach is 3 minutes walk away and paradise. It's clean and there are a number of restaurants to eat breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. When the tide is in the kids played in the waves. When the tide went out they spent hours looking for sea creatures on the reef. The bungalows are comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. "

"the room was nice, large, air conditioner good, the area of the villa was so large (maybe suit for more thatn 8 people) and clean, they have private pool, they also provide with DVD player, iphone or samsung speaker dock, living room with sofa and TV, TV in each room, dining table and kitchen also provided. 1 booked villa with 3 rooms, each room can be use for 2 adult or 3 children each, and each room have bathroom but unfortunately my bathroom has a very bad condition, the smell very bad even when the staff hotel has sprayed the air perfume still does not work. but if this condition did not happened, overall my review of this villa is one of the best villa in Seminyak area. the breakfast was so good with a lot of variety of american, french, or indonesian food, but they don't have restaurant. the market is just next the villa so you can buy food or anything there while there's no restaurant in the villa. the parking area is very small maybe only available for 3 or 4 vehicle but they provide transport from or to airport. at last, this is great villa and i definitely recommend this villa to others. "I loved staying here. The grounds are really nice with a beautiful pool looking into the jungle. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I is exceptionally clean and the shared bathrooms are good. I will definitely come back! Other things to note: it is a bit far from Ubud centre so best if you can rent a scooter otherwise it is a longish walk (you can look on google maps). The breakfast is just simple toast with jam and Bali coffee so don’t expect anything fancy. The dorm beds are comfortable but quite small and not too much room to put your stuff. The staff, however, were helpful with carrying and storing your stuff. There are lockers and good security in the rooms too. "

"My brother and I stayed here for two nights before leaving Indonesia. The staff here were amazing, kind and attentative to every need. They have delicious food, laundry, a wonderful pool and stunning sunsets. This was the perfect way to end our stay in Indonesia. We will be returning to Bali in a few months and will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for everything!"

"If you are looking for some peace and quiet, book this hotel! Really... think no further, just book it. We stayed in the cottage with fan (no aircon) and it was fine. Being right on the sea, we actually didnt need any aircon cos of the sea breeze. Only thing is bring your own snorkels if you plan to snorkel... none of theirs worked. The restaurant is a bit pricey but there are other options nearby. Overall, the nicest place we stayed in in Bali and we both really recommend it very highly! We wish we could have stayed longer."
