Secured Spacious and Clean apartment”
Very satisfied with our 4-day and 3-night stay in this property. It has 3 spacious bedroom of which 2 has aircon working excellently. Living room & kitchen has a separate aircon too and is well ventilated with terrace in front. The location is very accessible to tourist attractions, public transport, mall, eateries, pharmacy, sari-sari store, etc. Everything you need is just a few steps away. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Facilities (i.e. microwave oven, stove, shower, wifi, lan internet is good,. Fely, the caretaker is kind and responsive. Felt like we're in our own home. Few cons were no coffee or tea offered as shown in the amenities here, the 3 thin soaps given did not last for 4 days for 4 person. The mineral water was delivered the next day, so we had to buy our own on our 1st day stay. Over-all, we were really satisfied with our stay here. Definitely will rent this on our next visit to Cebu

The best thing about 5 Adent homes apt H was the ower Roger and the keeper Mrs Rojo. But yes the the place was clean and safe and had wifi. Roger stayed in contact with my to make sure all is well and Mrs Rojo special home touch made me and my girl friend feel at home. Bless you both.
