Staff are accommodating. Just the water from faucet, it smells iron and the food is not too good,mineral water is too expensive.

Needed a quick stay at Sta. Cruz should have stayed elsewhere. CR was broken and plumbing was stuck. Tried to get another room but all full. Since we were tired no choice.

Do not expect much”

I stayed in this hotel 2-3 years ago and experience was good so booked again. Initially felt good that they have improved building - new paint, etc. But that quickly turned to disappointment - 1. Room was not prepared till we arrived at 11pm even though staff knew we were arriving that day (there was a note at their desk indicating such). 2. Room was hastily prepared - bed sheets were not put properly, no toilet paper (I had to request for it), leftover soap from previous guests were not removed from floor. 3. Receptionist knocked on our door at 12midnight to demand payment and cannot understand my statement that Agoda already charged my credit card. I had to login to my email and credit card website to show email and charges to her. No apology from her for waking us. 4. Towels provided were so threadbare, wouldn't even dry hand. 5. 2nd lock was broken. I will not recommend for longer than an overnight stay. Good if you're just there to sleep and have quick shower, then leave. But better bring your own towel.

Es ist wohl besser zu schweigen....zimmer nicht gereinigt.durchsichtige badetuecher ueberall spinnweben und und und. Nicht einmal fuer eine uebernachtung zu empfehlen...
