The location was great, less than a minute walk from Shinjuku-sanchome station, and there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, my schedule was too tight to visit Isetan department store, but I can come back to Japan again! I would like to stay here again next time because I was very satisfied. The staff was very kind and provided me with a towel when they saw me getting wet in the rain on the first day, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The room was in good condition and had a desk, which I liked because two people could sit and eat together. I didn't feel like the room was too small, and I was able to live comfortably with two suitcases open. The bathroom amenities were not cheap products, and I was satisfied with the shampoo I used for the first time.

It only takes a one-minute walk to reach Shinjuku-sanchome Station on the Marunouchi Line and Fukutoshin Line of the subway. It is only one stop away from Meiji Shrine and two stops away from Shibuya Station. It takes three minutes to reach Isetan Department Store, and there are many well-known shops nearby, such as sports fashion brands, large electronics stores, and drugstores. There are also many restaurants to choose from. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the water pressure from the showerhead is strong. Highly recommended! You can also take the Limousine Bus to the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (Busta Shinjuku) and walk to the hotel.

I would give a 10 out of 10 for the location, service, amenities, and facilities of this hotel. Firstly, it is located within a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station and within 10 minutes' walk from JR Shinjuku Station. The area is lively with many restaurants, but the soundproofing of the hotel rooms is excellent, and I was not disturbed by any noise while sleeping. The washing machine in the room is a great addition, with a large capacity, easy operation, and quietness. The room is very clean, and the toilet is so clean that even someone like me who never uses hotel bathtubs couldn't resist taking a bath every night. The room is a bit small, which is a common issue with Japanese hotels, but it does not affect the usability. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Japan.

Wasn't expecting much from this location after reading reviews but was so pleased throughout my whole stay that i've so much to say!! Location was superb - 1 minute walk to Shinjuku-sanchome station (multiple exits), about 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station which was also convenient. So so convenient!! Although hotel downstairs are filled with eateries, but it wasn't noisy at all. Family mart was just opposite which made things so much convenient for us if we need anything last minute. There were so much food around the hotel which opened till late night too. Opposite the hotel at the main street had tons of eating places so it was great. It was also opposite a mall. Basically everything you need is just there!!! About the room, though it was pretty small for 2 pax but it was still ok!!! (Just have to take turns to open luggage lol) Hotel has free coffee (which was great btw) and some grooming stuff if you need. Hotel room was also very clean. Loveee the shower gel and shampoo, smell so nice. The hotel staff was also very friendly!! All can speak English. They were accommodating enough to not clean my room throughout my stay but was very nice enough to provide me fresh set of towels and bath robes whenever i requested. Also kindly helped me to refill my shower gel when i came back late at night. Though bit pricey when i booked during this period but really worth it. Will definitely pick this hotel again for my next jp trip!!!!

I loved my stay at this hotel. I am very happy with the choice I made because reading all the reviews about Shinjuku area and how noisy it is, it wasn't easy to pick something. But this hotel proved to be the perfect choice. It is surrounded by many eateries, but it's not the party area. I was ob the 12th floor and it was barely no noise at all. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely. I had a double room which was big in comparison to others I stayed in Japan. Enough space for luggage, big bathroom, washing machine with dryer, microwave!! Very convenient! The breakfast was good as well and the coffee machine in the lobby perfect for a quick coffee break. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable! They helped me arrange a taxi with no hassle. The view from the room was also nice! I felt very comfortable in this hotel and I would recommend it to everyone who s in the look for a nice hotel, close to metro station and easy to walk to many places in Shinjuku area, including the Shinjuku Bus terminal for the airport limousine.
