“King God Imperial Location”
The location is really great. I don't remember the details, but it took me not long to get from Higashi-Shinjuku Station, which is right in front, to Shibuya and Ueno Line 1. If you need to transfer, you can easily walk to another station in Shinjuku or Shinjuku Station within about 15 minutes. Also, there is a Don Quijote just a minute away, so I woke up a little early on the day of my departure to finish shopping. During my trip, I wandered around Shibuya, Tokyo, Shinjuku, and Ueno. I think Shinjuku is good for commuting because it is not far from other stations and has good infrastructure, making it suitable for strolling rather than spending the whole day there (just my personal opinion). I split my visit between the arrival and departure days, which was the best choice. Having a drink after yakitori and coming back is guilt-free. I was worried because some reviews mentioned bugs or dirtiness, but I am not very sensitive, so I didn't notice anything. Even though it was really cold outside, it was just right inside without heating when I wore a fleece. Although it's called a shared bathroom, it’s not like a bathhouse; you go into a one-person opaque shower cubicle. You can also get dressed in the cubicle and have a shower partition inside. There are lens cleaning solution, a hairdryer, shampoo, and body wash, but there are some cubicles without foam cleansing, so wash in the ones that have it. Just bring rinsing solution and a comb. Oh, the soundproofing isn’t great, but the people in the next room were quiet, so it wasn't uncomfortable! If you have AirPods Pro, using noise cancelling makes it so you really don’t hear anything and it's comfortable. I wonder if there is a place with this price and location. The staff could speak English, and since there weren't many inconveniences, I didn't need to communicate much, but anyway, I do have the intention to revisit.
