Great hotel, quite popular with overseas tourists though not a lot of shops and restaurants near the hotel. About 30-60 mins to get to popular spots such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. Reasonably close to Ginza. Great facilities though I did not use the bath house. Clean laundry rooms for cleaning and drying your cloths. Selfish guests have often leave their cloths in the washing machine and dryer after they are finished so I called reception for help. The staff promptly removed cloths, they handled the situation well. Will definitely come and stay again despite the location isn't so ideal, but makes up for it with good value for money, clean rooms and excellent staff.

Be prepared to walk about 10 mins at least at the Tokyo station which is the main interchange for most subway lines. There are also very limited restaurants nearby so one would need to have dinner at the more central locations before coming back. There is a fairly huge supermarket at Shiomi station where you may buy sandwiches and bento sets and fruits and the hotel also has an attached family mart. Hotel facilities are good except the washers are just too few (don’t count on washing). If you can manage your expectations per my comments then this hotel is excellent. Of course Disney theme parks are just 3 stations away so very efficient. If you have the budget it cost about 10000 yen to travel by taxi to haneda airport. Not too bad to travel in comfort and will reach in about 30 mins.

Very nice hotel - clean, luxurious, and high quality service with great facilities such as an onsen (bath & sauna), laundry room, and gym. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was incredible and had so much to offer (omelets, French toast station, miso soup, etc). The subway station was also only 5 minutes away by walking. Our room had a queen sized bed, was very spacious and had a full sized bath tub. Very quiet as well. Even though there were many other guests we rarely heard any noise from our neighbors and didn’t hear any noise from the streets. There is also a family mart convenience store connected to the hotel which made getting things like drinks and snacks very easy. Just FYI if you are using the subway station to get to places such as Shibuya or Akihabara it will take about 40+ minutes by train from this hotel. However almost all popular tourist places in Tokyo have a train commute time of 30+ minutes even if you are staying in the center of Tokyo. That is just the way things are spread out since Tokyo is a very large city. Overall I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you have a chance.

Hotel conveniently located just 2-3 min walk from Shiomi Station (Keiyo Line). Even though it’s not at Tokyo Station, it’s only 3 stops (8 min) away. We like how it is always from the hustle of the main city yet it’s not secluded kind of quiet. We could change to other lines at Hatchobori Station (less busy and complicated compared to Tokyo Station), which is 2 stops away from Shiomi Station. Hotel room was big and spacious enough! Love that it’s not carpeted floor. Room was clean as well! There is a big sofa for resting too! Amenities such as moisturiser, comb and tea are provided at the lobby. This is a good idea as we just take what we need. Other than that, most basic amenities were provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrush. There’s coffee machine as well. In the afternoon, there are drinks provided in the lobby too. There is a convenient store located within the hotel, near the side entrance. Staff were all very friendly and polite! They were fluent in both English and Mandarin. Strongly recommend and would totally choose this hotel when we come back to Tokyo.

Everything was good and the hotel cleanliness was tip top. Most important the hotel is baby friendly and offers a lot of amenities for customers. It's located in Shiomi a bit out from Tokyo buzzling town but if you are looking for something more quiet and tranquility, this is the right place for you. The only thing is the hotel is situated at Keiyo line which you required 10mins of transit to other major train lines at Tokyo station. If you visiting Disneyland this is the perfect hotel for you and your kids.
