Good place to stay in Singapore.”
Pros: * Good location - quite central, but not inside main tourist places. * 3 minutes walk to MRT and bus stops. * Many eateries and a 7-Eleven nearby. * Short walk to shopping malls, ATMs, Chinatown, Little India, etc. * Nice and clean room. * Fridge (very small), kettle, coffee, TV, WiFi, blackout curtains, aircon, safe box, bottled water, etc in the room. * Very helpful English speaking reception staff. * Good hot shower. ### Cons: * Just in front of all the hotel windows is a big construction site (April 2024, might take long to finish). It's not nice, but actually was not really disturbing inside the room, just a bit noisy only sometimes during the daytime, so it's quite okay. * Quite pricey, but the space in the room and shower is very small and narrow (as usual for Singapore). * The mattress arrangement is strange: a very hard mattress which comes with a soft mattress-top, so altogether it's quite soft and acceptable (could be better just to put good soft mattresses in all the rooms. * TV has only a couple of channels, not enough. * No restaurant at all inside the hotel. All in all, it's a good place to stay, probably would use again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Snooze Hotel in Bugis Street and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers affordable prices without compromising on quality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of the Snooze Hotel is its convenient and accessible location. Situated in the heart of Bugis Street, it is surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it the perfect base for those looking to explore the vibrant neighborhood.
It was OK”
It was just an OK hotel for me. Good location, just a minute walk to Bugis MRT Station. Near many food stalls & cafes. However, quite surprised that they did not clean my room at all (though I've asked the Indian lady at the reception to clean it, but it hadn't been cleaned at all). Room quite different from picture but OK, as we're here not to stay inside the room for whole day. Was assisted nicely by April & the other Malay lady at the reception, but Indian lady at the reception need to learn a lot from her coworkers. They served breakfast for only $7 which is nice. Would I recommend the property? Yes if you're just staying for a short trip. Would I come back staying here? Maybe if there are no other options

Likes: Nice and accomodating staff, very fast checkout, responds to queries and requests fast like when I asked for an extra blanket it was given for free. Bottled water and coffee sachets replenished daily. Cold A/C. Near Bugis Street Market and Bugis Junction. Location also has a lot eating options. MTR and taxi or grab pick up point is also nearby. Dislikes: small room for 2 adults and 1 child. We had 1 big and 2 small luggages and we can't move around. Bring your toiletries, free is only a toothbrush with a small toothpaste. However, I can live with that but what is a bit off for me is the cleanliness. The floor is dirty and there are even chips everywhere which wasn't swept probably by their housekeeping. Curtains is too dusty, stained. You can tell that it hasn't been change for I don't know how long. Headboard is also stained and isn't being cleaned for a while. Their phone is also too dusty. If you or your companion is allergic to dust, this is not for you.
Good Stay, Minor Shortcomings ”
The property's location was superb, allowing east access to attractions and dining options. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were accommodating. While the facilities were well-maintained, some additional amenities would have enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the property's walkability, comfortable sleep qual, and efficient housekeeping contributed positively to the stay.
