Location was superb, clean and neat, staff is fast and supportive, breakfast is average although the selection is pretty good. One improvement area is in room isolation, during our stay we can quite clearly hear people talks and running outside our room.

Nice hotel , clean and room is quiet spacious. really appreciated team, they allowed me to have early check in at 11 am 🙏 Facility is also okay+ location beside mall Easy to grab coffee or some foods However they have a weird policies, got an email to pay the hotel fee 100% via transfer within -+ 12 hours or the reservation will be counted as cancle (i chose pay at property The weird one, other friend of mine didnt get those email and able to pay at property. Lastly Hotel is so crowded and a bit noisy . can hear some one laughing n chating at 2 am 🥲

The view (my room facing north) is awesome, cool view, nice angle, right on spot. The room is great and comfortable, good smart TV. Unfortunately, I stayed for 2 nights and my room just got cleaned at 16.00 which already way past the check-in time. We already went out form morning till 15.00 thinking the room will already cleaned. The breakfast is good like all great hotel breakfast, didn't get any disappointing experience from breakfast so it's cool. The pool is nice and great architecture making me comfortable sightseeing there.

I am so grateful for this sweet respite. The hotel staff have been both kind and helpful. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. One of the greatest extras is that they observe COVID protocols with great diligence and care.

This is a good hotel and the staff is very accomodating when we ask for baby cot and extra water, however I won’t say i have a pleasant stay due to the lack of their facilities, there’s no hot water in our room, only lukewarm/ cold water, when we complained, the technician came but with no result and solution, this is dissapointing when 4stars hotel doesn’t have hot shower and failed to fixed it. Moreover, there’s a knocking sound in the middle of the night from outside, which troubled us to get some sleep. Also, we need to pay 3000 everytime we left the hotel for the parking fee.

Room was not well maintained, wardrobe hinge loose, TV Channels very limited, water kettle had to be changed. Breakfast was okay, with more traditional cuisine than international. Lontar appetizer (which I tasted on Sunday afternoon) was nice, the seafood chowder very good. However cleaning up was sooo slow, staff had to be asked twice to clear up Location was good, though. I will remember to bring my running shoes if I come back there in the future!

The pool is quite great but has strict rules in swimming suit. My friends really disappointed not able to swim because their pants are not classified as swimming pants. I booked for 2 rooms. Our rooms are quite hot in evening, have to call room service. My room also doesn't have mini bar and the tv is not functioning well, keep on off by itself. They said because the hotel tv network is bad. But on the other room the tv is fine and the mini bar is available. Called to room service several times but only 1 response about the AC and the tv problem (not solved). Overall, for me personally don't feel the stay was worthed my money. The good things maybe only the breakfast.
