Admission into Sentosa is complimentary for hotel guests, up to 4 persons per booking confirmation. For entry via Car or Taxi, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free complimentary admission into the island. For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6:00 PM, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance

Village Hotel Sentosa’s Pamukkale Pool will be closed for a refresh from 06 November to 20 December 2024 and reopening on 21 December 2024. During this time, our adults-exclusive Sky Pool (Level 7) and Village Hotel Sentosa’s three other pools remain open for your enjoyment. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Convenient travel from the airport with MRT Purple Line to Harbourfront station and then transfer to Sentosa Express monorail to the island. Show your hotel booking to get free access to Sentosa on level 3 of Vivocity. Walk to Imbiah station and follow the signs to the hotel, which is about 300 meters away. Clean rooms, beautiful swimming pool, sea view, good service, suitable for relaxation and taking beautiful photos. Various restaurants and a 7-11 are available near the hotel. It is easy to walk to two beaches. Free monorail to Universal Studios until midnight.

Comfortable stay with attentive staff”
My stay at The Outpost Hotel Sentosa was amazing. The staff was welcoming and friendly, from the concierge to the receptionist. They were very attentive—though I didn’t mention my partner’s birthday, the receptionist noticed it from his birthdate and relayed the information to Prince, who then prepared a thoughtful gift, making our day extra memorable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the option to select and customize complimentary in-room snacks. The room itself was modern, clean, and maintained to high standards, with notable sustainability efforts, including a hot water dispenser and filtered water tap instead of disposable bottles. One detail to note is that the main pool is shared with “The village hotel”, but since it was a weekday, there was comfortable space for all guests. There is also a smaller, unshaded rooftop pool on level 7. Another detail worth mentioning is that, while the room had blackout curtains, the windows lacked a privacy film. This allowed visibility from the pool area, which could benefit from improvement to enhance guests' privacy.

Best staycation for my 2 years old son”
Reservation - Request to decorate the room for birthday celebration is not complimentary. Service - was phenomenal. received a complimentary upgrade for another booking and get to stay next to each other from Fitri. Got a complimentary balloon, birthday cake and birthday card from Aishah. My boy is happy and enjoyed talking to her as she is got a very great personality especially towards the children. Room feature - clean and has patio great for kids as they are able to roam around freely. We love the hotel’s unique scent toiletries. Amenities - complimentary minibar also to enjoy during the stay. Facilities - Though the pamukkale pool was under maintenance during our stay, we enjoyed the other 3 pools that were shared with 2 other hotels. The children enjoyed it as there were slides, mini waterplay area and lazy river. Will come back again for my other children’s birthday as we love the service and facilities. Highly recommended!

Love the location in Sentosa, right next to the beach with the monorail super near! Got an upgrade to the ocean view as it was my partner's birthday thanks to Prince who was very lovely. We even got a brownie delivered to our room which was very much appreciated! I was surprised that we got to pick up 5 types of snacks during check-in which is something that I've never experienced in other hotels. The snacks were good! The room was clean and value for money. I loved the location. I've stayed at Sofitel Sentosa before and it was very far in. I loved that the Outpost is near the monorail which made going to resorts world/uss convenient and I could easily go to vivocity too. Wished I had booked a longer stay. Can't wait to be back!
