strategic location near Bekasi mall, comfortable and clean rooms, complete amenities even including slippers. if you want a room with a balcony, you can request it at check-in. a plus point is that there is an elevator, making it elderly-friendly, and the service is really satisfying. so I’m confident in choosing this hotel for family accommodation. oh yes, for staying here you need to pay for parking, motorbike maximum 15,000 and car if I'm not mistaken 25,000. if parking is hourly, the cost is standard.
Initially, we checked in for just one day, but my wife asked to extend it for two more days because she was very comfortable. When we were about to leave the room, it was still messy, but surprisingly, when we returned, everything was tidy, clean, and shining again. Even our personal belongings were neatly arranged without anything missing. Thank you so much to the entire team, sending much love from me and my wife.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here, the location is very strategic, far from noise, and the facilities are in line with the price, everything is five-star. However, I rate cleanliness four stars because there was a stain on the sheets located right at the head area. And it is indeed a type of stain that is hard to remove. I hope this can be evaluated for the future. Perhaps for the sheets, the stain could be placed at the foot area. Also, don't forget to always ask for a parking ticket stamp to avoid charges. Next time I visit Bekasi, I may stay here again.
Staying at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights with the extended family as a stopover and a place to rest after the family wedding event in the Bekasi area. Overall, the price is quite reasonable, but on the downside, each room has an unusable power outlet, some rooms smell like cigarettes, and the TV is not functional. Other than that, it’s very comfortable for a short rest, and quite complete; there are plenty of pillows, the rooms are very spacious, the lighting is good because of the large windows, and the bathroom is clean. I would recommend it. 👌🏻

“Great Staff, but Room Cleanliness Needs Improvement”
First of all, I really appreciate the staff on duty that day for their fast response. However, I hope the housekeeping can be more attentive next time. The bedsheet was not properly clean — there was a noticeable stain right below where my neck rested. In addition, one of the glasses had lipstick marks on it, which made me feel like the room hadn’t been thoroughly prepared for new guests.
