Paradise by the beach”
Apurva Kempinski is most majestic hotel we’ve had the privilege to stay in. We availed their Cliff Ocean Junior Suite room and let me tell you, the view is amazing - with the ocean and the whole resort in plain view - great for sunrise shots. We had complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktail hour everyday (just for suite rooms) so we never felt hungry during our stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. They also have the largest infinity pool we’ve seen yet. Lastly, the architecture of the hotel mirrors the rice terraces and is unique in structure (probably the best thing about the resort). Overall, Apurva is a dream come true and we had the time of our lives!

Luxury hotel in Nusa Dua”
We had such an amazing stay here at the Kempinski. From check in to housekeeping, it was top-notch service. The hotel is so grand that we are in awe from walking in the corridors to the check in. High ceilings, looks like a palace, wonderful layers of waterfalls and the swimming pool. There is also a beach view. Our room was located quite a distance away and had to take at least 2 lifts to reach it. Rooms were clean, spacious, with a nice view and a bath tub. Breakfast was not included, but we decided to try it for one day, it was amazing. There was a wide spread of food, from continental to American to Indonesian and even Korean. We definitely ate to our heart's content.

Breathtaking Night view”
We booked a stay for 4 nights at the Sriwijaya Two Room Villa with a private swimming pool. The minute we opened the door to our Villa, we were just mesmerised. Our luggages were already in the rooms and the place is so clean except for the Ground Floor bathroom which has a funny odour. Informed the front desk and immediately they sent someone to checked. I have no complaint about the fully stacked up drinks in the 2 fridges. Love the selections and varieties. Also the Complimentary Chocolates/Local delicacies and Fruit baskets. Simply amazing. But nothing beats the view of the whole Resort at night whether one takes it from the Resort gfacing down the Ocean or taking the view from The Rooftop Bar facing the Resort. It is "one of a kind". We also tried all the Restaurants and would put in the the good words for "The Coral" Restaurant which not only fascinated us with the 'Ocean creatures" swimming around but the presentation of the dishes were so beautiful that we were hesitant at first to eat it up. but this is one place that should not be missed if your are staying in this Resort. Overall, our stay was one of the best so far in all our other stays in other Resorts.

The hotel was really nice and clean, the staffs were really helpful. Breakfast was good, make sure to come early and get the breakfast in main restaurant to fully enjoy the spread, but you can also get the breakfast in the beach club which allowed you to look into the beach while you are eating.

A real luxurious experience”
Booked 2 Grand duluxe rooms. Was upgraded to 2 bedroom villa. Thanks to the reservation team for the surprise upgraded. The villa is flawless, very clean, beautiful and luxurious. A real luxurious experience. The bed setting and the buttler service in the afternoon were incredible. We had our breakfast at villa lounge which we could feel being pampered and served by the lounge staffs. Not forget to mention, Chef Astawa prepared us special dish 'Nyatnyat Pork' which was very delicious and full of flavour and a plate of tropical fruits.

Exceeding my expectation in all aspects”
it was a 40min drive from airport we spent in the hotel for entire 2 days we didn't went out, the hotel has many facilities to keep us busy you can just walk to the sands from your room. the babies could enjoy the kid center and the pool the breakfast was yummy, they could make simple stuff for babies too oh don't miss out the Koral restaurant, such value for money, we went for lunch, not so crowded and baby enjoy watching the show with the diver we also tried out baiyun restaurant, the sous chef was amazing and greeted us by himself, the jap restaurant was great too we were there with our 2yo girl, the cod was well setup in the room before our arrival even with the changing mat and a swimming pant, so cute! however i would avoid room at 1st floor cause too many mosquitos :D

A great stay at 2 bedroom villa”
This is our first time staying at Apurva Kempinski. We will be checking out tomorrow on March 1, 2022 from their 2 bedroom villa and already plan to come back someday. We loved their complimentary mini bar which was refilled everyday. The mini bar had wide range of drinks: soft drinks, bottled coffee and tea, juices, even local beers (but we consumed the non-alcoholic drinks only). The villa was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The housekeeping, staffs at villa lounge, in room dining staffs, waiters at Izakaya by Oku were helpul and friendly. In room dining and breakfast were delicious. The in-room dining were delivered longer than expected due to technical problems but the gave us complimentary tiramisu and creme brulee. The breakfast offered both buffet and a la carte menu. The chef made a great white egg omelette with bacon for my son. They confirmed to give us a late check out tomorrow since I will have an important online meeting during the regular check out time. Thank you Apurva, we enjoyed our 2 night stay here.

This hotel feels like truly 5*, with great service. The building itself and the views are outstanding, rooms are large and beautiful. Check-in takes long, and this is something I was aware about from the reviews - we got a checking queue and went for lunch in the hotel to wait for the check-in.

What can I say? The best hotel to stay at Nusa Dua! You can feel the magnificent and luxury of this hotel. The room is spacious, even the bathroom is very big with one cool bathtub. The beach is clean, although not so many trees around that becomes very hot during the day and the afternoon time. Breakfast… well for indecisive people, prepare to gain your weight because thry have so many types of dishes and they’re all delicious.

Don't let the look of any property deceive you. Read your reviews! The Apurva looks beautiful and the pictures look grand. Trust me. It is! The property, the space, the facilities are well maintained. Though luxurious, it's not pretentious, though high-end, but not patronising. We spent the bulk of the stay in the hotel which was sufficient to keep our 3 young children happy and busy, especially in the pool and beach. 4 full days to be exact. We must say that the staff remember you and they would come by and say hello and ask about your stay when they walk by. We must also make mention of the Lady in Red, Gaby. We needed some help (which is much to embarrassing to write in a review) and she managed with much tact. Thank you Gaby! Would we return again? For sure! Would we recommend you to stay? Selfishly, no, because we want this to be kept a secret! ;-) Good ahead. Confirm your booking. You will not regret your time there! Have fun!

This hotel really knows what customers are looking for when the check in. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, informative and anticipative of your needs ahead even before you ask. Facilities are excellent, free kayaking & paddleboarding at the beach. Would be nicer if they grant yoga session with instructor for free! Room is always clean & comfortable to rest at night. Came with 3 kids and my husband for a 5 day stay. Nothing short of an amazing experience. Especially the staff - special compliments to Maha and Arya who made it feel like home. This is by far one of the best resort that I have ever stayed! The hospitality was top notch. I requested for a twin bedded in my booking, but upon check-in I got a king bed. I requested for a room change but I was told they were all fully booked. So they compensated with an extra single bed in the room instead! I will definately come back to this hotel again.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The pool slides were the highlight of my kids holiday. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future. A little suggestion for the wellness program though. I joined the kickboxing class and I think the class could’ve been structured better. A clear program on what to do during the session would be helpful
