it's very noisy above the tram way. staircase is dark as the remote lighting maybe out of order.”
there isn't a kettle for making hot water let alone any coffee machine. no tea bags provided. very primitive for the price.

Excellent location ”
The room was clean if a bit austere. The location is excellent, close to downtown and only right across the street from the tram The property is nothing to write home about, furniture was very basic and bed not comfortable , but it had a kitchenette, and plenty of light Easy to check in and out. Warning, there is no elevator. I had to go up four flights of stairs.

Like a sauna”
It was in the middle of the summer when I came to Zurich. It was like a sauna in the apt inside, 30C or more. There is no air conditioner and the flat was at the top level with a small window outside. So it was extremely hot. Another big disadvantage was that the flat faced the road with busy tramway tracks. They start early morning, 6 am ish so with an open window it becomes noisy pretty early. The location was good and the flat had all the cooking stuff but I will be surprised if somebody stays there long time at that price

Watch out: no WiFi ”
Good position and lots of space are the strong points of this establishment. It fails on customer care and in several other ways. Most importantly, there's WiFi but they don't issue the credentials for connection. It's hard to believe it in 2019 right? Surely, I didn't want to believe it myself... After two emails, one text and two calls to their support line all I can say is 'don't bet on WiFi available in your room'. On top of that, flats could be better kept : -TV was totally unplugged (ok, minor), -the (very cheap) refrigerator was stuck on "always on" while actually not lowering temperature, -the carpet and general decor felt tired. Well you get the idea. Morale: at that price point the concept doesn't make sense any more, just go to a hotel.
