Was informed that we were relocated to Swiss Star Oerlikon few days before arrival. We were shocked and yet unable to reach the owner regarding the impromptu arrangement. However, the room we were relocated was much better than expected. The place was well furnished and equipped, with a balcony. It was relatively near the train station about 5 mins walk. Overall, it was a good for money deal.

Bus stop across front door. Restaurants below and around so it’s convenient. Our room was clean but no soap for hand washing. No staff so if you encounter an issue I’m gonna say good luck with that but we are pleased with the stay

The place is nice, unfortunately it was not clean, floor was so dirty that could not walk barefoot, had to wear shoes all the time. The heater was broken, it was on at full power, and were unable to turn it down, it was a sauna, we had to sleep with windows open throughout our stay and it was freezing outside. No staff available to complain to, the only given available contact number when you ring them they hardly pick up, when they picked up they promised they will send someone to fix heater and clean floor but nobody came. location wise is very convenient, just across the street from tram stop, which goes to center and airport.

My daughter had exam. it was an online exam. it was said that there will be wife but when we reached the roomt there was no Wi-Fi. bad thing was that there was nobody to whom we could ask for help. never again.

Der Check-in ist unkompliziert und einfach gestaltet mit sauberen Zimmern und genug Raum sich nicht eingeengt zu fühlen. Die Lage ist absolutes Top für den Preis. Angefangen von Top bewerteten Cafés bis multikulturellen Essensmöglichkeiten. Einziges Manko: es gibt kein Personal vor Ort welches man ansprechen kann bei Fragen oder falls man Aufenthalt verlängern möchte.

There is bed bugs in our room”
At first it is quite good as we can do the self check-in through email, but later when we sleep we kill two little bed bugs which made us so scared and can’t sleep the whole night worrying there will be more.
