House Rules 1. We have a no smoking policy although you are welcome to use the designated smoking area on the ground floor. 2. To keep costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when its not in use or leaving the house. Plus, you will feel good knowing you are doing your part to save the environment. 3. The whole unit is entirely yours for the duration of your stay but our neighbors will appreciate it if we keep down the volume at around 9pm. 4. We have a maximum occupancy requirement of 2 in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you. Let us know though if you need additional accommodations. We can definitely assist you for a minimum fee. 5. Pet policy. Unfortunately, the place is not equipped to accommodate our fury friends. 6. While being one of the safest in town, we want to ensure that your stay remains problem free. Please always lock the door. 7. We understand that accidents may happen. Let us know when they do so that I can assist in fixing them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too. 8. While we professionally clean between stays, cleaning materials are provided so that you can make your stay as comfortable as possible. In case you need professional help, let me know. We can definitely arrange a cleaning lady for a minimum fee. 9. Garbage bins are provided. If they need emptying out, the building's garbage collection units are just next door. Make sure though that you separate the biodegradable from the recyclables. 10. Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first. 11. And oh, no dedicated parking available. There are some common parking areas in the property but very limited.

We love Mivesa ”

We had some issues but the owner sorted them out. We are traveling a lot and find Wolfe and Baer properties the perfect place to recharge. A massive thanks to their property manager Mercy who has always enhanced our stay!

Modern apartment ”

Well equipment if you want to cook yourself, and they have hair dryer!!!(during 6 days in Philippine , this is the first place that I saw it) it really make me comfortable, and it’s a safe place because of the safety guard. Free swimming pool and gym . Really recommend!

An Absolute Gem”

This room ranks as one of the best we have ever booked in Cebu! The design and decor is so stunning. Our custodian went above and beyond the call of duty meeting our additional requests. Thanks for that! There is ongoing construction but we were more distracted by the gym and pools. Both facilities exceeded our expectations. There a few street restaurants near the property. We indulged in some great Filipino classics. Affordable and delicious! Less that a 10 minute walk to the main street and under 20 minutes to IT Park- Mivesa is now our property of choice while in Cebu!
