Some info to help you decide ;)”
Here are some positive and negative aspects of the resort and hotel which I can think of: Positive: 1. Many pools 2. Nice, Decent and clean rooms 3. Accessible, resort/hotel near the road 4. Food is OK (but a bit overpriced) 5. Courteous staffs Negative: 1. Pools available are mostly 'kiddie pools' 2. No Phone inside the rooms - you'll need to go down if you want to order food/ask for services. 3. TVs are quite old 4. No wifi (only availble at cafe) 5. Giant slides only availble on summer 6. Not a very good place to take pictures (doesnt have quite many good 'views') ;) 7. No activities at all (such as ziplines, etc) So overall, I think Splash Hotel is good ; Splash resort is not quite good though. Nevertheless, we had a good stay. ;) NOTE : be sure to mention that you have breakfast from agoda, otherwise the staffs wont tell you. :D Best Regards, JL

Giant waterslide = awesome”
Everything is nice from the start of our stay to the end. We got to enjoy the hot springs on our first day. Very relaxing I might say. Temperature is just right though one pool is a bit hot than the others. Giant waterslides were opened only during saturdays and sundays. So we enjoyed it on our second day. The resort have two giant slides (yes GIANT). The experience is the best. Your heart will drop as you fall. :) They maintained the cleanliness of the resort. Overall good :)

Nice pool to enjoy on a cold weather”
Have stayed at Splash Mountain Resort and though the room was not impressive, beds are small but over-all we enjoy our stay that even though its a cold weather we were still able to enjoy our overnight swimming since their pools are coming from hot spring. Will try some time OASIS or SUITES, maybe it is better that Mountain

Nice Hotel”
The staff are friendly and accomodating. They all know what to do and know how to treat guests especially staffs in the coffee shop. Lots of parking spaces. Nice pools and slides. Kid friendly pools. Clean rooms. The only thing that I dislike about our stay is the water in the pool is too hot. And in the morning hot water is added to the pool which makes it even hotter. But overall, nice hotel.

Some upgrading here and there would really be great. It's 2016, so I think that the following (currently) unavailable features should be standard features: 1) cable channels; 2) electric kettle; 3) a small fridge; 4) hair dryer. If Splash Mountain had these features then their price would be what you would call "bang for a buck".

Basic getaway”
Very basic. Nothing fancy. It has everything we needed for a short getaway. One issue though is the blanket/comforter. It is not in the standard set up of the bed as you check in. There is no comforter. So that night we were there, I was shivering cold from the aircon so I needed one. Unfortunately, their housekeeping is not 24 hours. So I just asked help from the night shifters there. One guy made the effort and tried to get one for me but he said they ran out. I got so upset and was not able to sleep soundly that night. The following day, I complained at the front desk and I was told that the thick blanket/comforter should be requested. I don't know if the management there will leave that as a standard thing so I hope this review helps whoever is planning to stay there.. REQUEST FOR THE COMFORTER AS YOU CHECK IN OR ELSE YOU WON'T GET ANY THAT NIGHT WHEN YOU START FEELING COLD.

Staff Great But Hotel Needs Good Refurbishment”
Typical of PH Hotels, left to deteriorate - room looks and smells decayed, in desperate need of a good spit and polish - would make a huge difference. That said staff great, very accommodating, looked after all requests professionally and in timely manner, no complaint. Breakfast very basic but ok for the price when included in the room charge. Swimming pool area pretty good, great area for BBQ and having friends together

The rooms are dirty, only few facilities are available”
We reserved a room at the Splash Mountain Resort and hotel, when we got there, we were disappointed because it was very dirty. The Jacuzzi was also very dirty and I wouldn't dare to go in there. It looks like tiles from the toilet with brown molds on it. The smell of the room was also terrible. TV was small. We then decided to upgrade the room which is much better, but ants are everywhere, there is no cable. Few facilities were open, and pool for kids was very dirty with pieces of food floating.. Would not go back!

Very dated hotel ”
Paying full price was not fare as main attractions were closed (It is there summer time now ) It looks like no money has been spent on splash mountain for a long time The hotel and the attractions needs face lift Lots of Health and saftey issues ! The pictures on the web site were out of date (Speculate to accumulate ) tip of the day !

Facilities and service badly needs improvement!”
+ There are only two good things going for this resort: kiddie pool with slides and the hot spring (although temperature can get too hot during summer months). If only for these two things, its proximity to MM, and the lack of resort in this area with such facilities for kids, I guess the hotel is tolerable for a short-stay vacation/ relaxation time. - The hotel badly needs improvement in facilities and customer service. Front desk and room service are extremely slow and very disorganized. Simple food such as sandwiches takes 3/4 of an hour to be served, which results to the coffee getting cold. Front desk is very inefficient (or dishonest?) They failed to inform or remind us that we have free breakfast when we checked in because we reserved through agoda. I ended up paying for breakfast because the ones we ordered were not in the agoda package. They also asked for key deposit of P200 per key and gives you a green stub but when you check out, they will not ask for the stub (hoping that you forget all about it?) It slipped my mind that I have a stub but they could have asked for it. - Shower water is very hot, like taking a bath in a jacuzzi! - Most of their staff are un-trained OJTs and this is no way to run a hotel!

3days 2nights stay”
I’ve decided to spent my birthday here together with my husband. The parking lot was secured that we could see our car from the window of our room (because it was just infront of our room - deluxe room). The room was clean except it has an old and antique smell. The bed and the pillow was comfortable. Staying for 3days and 2nights was worth it though we had to put in a chair in the door just to secure that no one could open it from the outside because the double lock wasn’t working and the card key they’ve given us was working in all the deluxe rooms. Tsk. We’ve reached out the staff for this concern, though they’ve tried to fix it still, not working. Breakfast was just fine yet we have to wait more than an hour just to serve it. The telephone outside the room was not working so we have to physically present ourselves in the restaurant or front desk if we have our concerns. Don’t expect alot of channels from the television especially when it’s raining. There’s no wifi connection and network signal inside our room (it’s a positive thing for us, so that we could avoid our work and enjoy our vacation)

Great disappointment”
We spent a weekend here in October. Seeing all the reviews and websites online, this resort has so many nice pools, giant slides lazy rivers etc. which was exactly why I stayed there. But upon reaching there, to find out that all the giant slides were out of operation and half of the pools were empty, not in use. A great disappointment. There is only one restaurant at the resort and the food was terrible. Only thing good about this place is that it's cheap and the staff were friendly.

We had our room upgraded since we needed an extra bed. Ive already made an arrangement with their manila office before we our check in time. Bu when we arrived at the hotel, our room wasnt ready yet and its already 11:00 in the evening!! We were exhausted that time but we manage to had a calm converstion with the receptionist. She offered another room with the same rate we pay thru agoda. But to my surprise when we checked out theyve charge us with an additional 3,000+ pesos!!it was a misunderstanding. The receptionist said that we will not pay for the room bec it is covered by the payment we made thru our card instead we will just pay for addtl bfast. But thats no what happened. So make sure to verify with the receptionist any changes that you will be making

The accommodation was not ideal!”
Pros: staff were accommodating ,friendly but looked pathetic. CONS: 1.The discount that was indicated in the ad was eaten up by "secret fees", so instead of P1600+ it increased to 2100+.. 2.The coffee shop was only a transit point,there's no food at all ,unless one orders from the lone ranger who sat sadly behind the counter. Discovered that the kitchen was located across the street,so the poor server/dishwasher/etc had to.cross the street.We watched him as he carried our breakfast on a tray,praying he won't trip,or he will go down together with our order! Can't the coffee shop be at the place where the information area is? Found the arrangement a bit odd!
