Very close to muslim area”
Very helpful and friendly staff really feel welcoming. Very responsible to pack our pool balloon that we left at the pool.Smile all the time. Very nice hospitality from Cambodian. Very thankful that my room was upgraded with very nice view of Tonle Sap River and pool view such a good memory . What I love here it is close to Halal Food which is a bit difficult to find in Phnom Penh city. Love everything here. The only thing is most hotel provide pork. I hope this hotel can consider a special kitchen only for Halal Food as we cannot enjoy our breakfast any of the hotel we stayed for 5 days and 4 nights due to mix with non halal. I believe this suggestion will be good especially for Muslim traveller like us.

I enjoyed our stay here the room is spacious high ceiling nice view. I only had a problem when we ate at their Japanese resto as there are events in the hotel we were left behind by the waitress and waited for almost to hrs for our 1st meal in cambodia

I loved my stay here—the ferry makes it easy to skip past and hour plus of traffic into the city, and the spa was amazing! I was really disappointed about the lack of restaurants and room service—I called room service 6 times during my stay and nobody ever picked up! When I went to the 19th and 29th floors for other restaurants and bars, they were dark and deserted. And there is no indication on the website that this is true. But the room was great, the view was great, and the stay was great!

Good for family stay”
I stayed one night with my wife and 2 small children. All staffs are very kind and make best services. In the room it was so comfortable and bathroom is big and children looks so happy. Huge swimming pool, Sky restaurant, everything are great for us. And it was so lucky for us because location is just in front of king's palace and the night was just happen to be king's birthday. We could enjoy fantastic fire works at sky restaurant!

Luxurious Accommodations Across the River From Downtown”
Nice spacious rooms with fantastic views of the Tonle Sap and Mekong Rivers, a lot of WOW factor when you walk in. The location is across the Tonle Sap River from downtown so you need to take the ferry, shuttle or taxi to get anywhere, which is slightly inconvenient but very doable. Great pool. Staff was friendly and helpful but a lot seemed to be new and learning. Good breakfast buffet in the morning accommodating both the Asian and European/American tourists.
