Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out time is 12pm. - Purpose of staying (vacation, business trip, visiting friend/family, or other) Parties, events or meetings are not allowed. Avoid suspicious activities that against the Laws such as terrorism, drugs, prostitution, human trafficking. Visitor that visit the guest must leave the residential area before 24:00. The Security has the right to take an action if guests violates against the Laws. The Guests must show the correct identity when booking or as reported. Guest must provide us information: - Estimated time check-in and check-out. You must contact us to get the PIN code for it. Pets are not allowed. Dress properly and politely when outside the home or public area. Place trash in the space provided. Those information to help guest for easy check-in, in/out the area, and comfort staying. There are keyless for door access. The Security has the right to ask for identity of each guest/visitor. The Security has the right to ask and stop activities that are considered suspicious. Respect the local community. Every visitor, including driver, friend, family, package / food delivery, must leave their identity at Security Gate, when entering the residential area and take it back when they leave area. - Valid ID (photo/scanned), The Security has the right to remind about the policy / rules of the residential area to every guest and visitor.
