Firstly, I want to give credits to hotel staff Rudy & a lady at receptionist & housekeeping team for their very good service during my 4 days stay at this hotel. About the room/hotel itself, it is spotlessly clean, in term of a safety, at the parking or hotel, they have a 24/7 security.
Short stay at Sishezu”
All you need for a short stay. The hotel is very clean. Has ironing facilities, clean room, bed towels. Provides toothbrush, shower cap, mineral water, room slippers, safe box, breakfast on request. Walkable distance to laundry and convenient store, plenty of eateries especially at night. The only cons is the limited supply of hot water, but anyways, not too much of a cons. After walking all around medan under the heat, a cold shower is a much needed before resting. Would book this place again!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with affordable rates that didn't compromise on cleanliness. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot water in the shower was consistent, ensuring a relaxing experience. While the location wasn't the most convenient for transportation, it offered a nice view. Unfortunately, the parking situation was a bit challenging. The staff, however, could have been more attentive and friendly. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would still recommend this hotel for its affordability, cleanliness, and great facilities.

The Sishezu Citytel was clean and had a good place for food. Worst thing is the music playing in the hotel that doesn't go off. It's so disturbing at night. The other con was that they entered without permission into our room for cleaning. No towels, tried calling them but still didn't give, next day called again still didn't send us the towels. Room is small but clean and well maintained.
