Perfect location!”
The hotel is just in front of the beach and access to the nearby stores is super easy! However, it'd be nice if the hotel has a lift, cause our room is on the fourth floor and carrying heavy stuff upstairs can be challenging. That's just the downside of it. But overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and the staff are all nice and helpful.

Koh samet i been 6 times and this hotel i will give full marks for location staff food Simple changes can make it much better which I find at all places 1) Free Coffee pouches and cups 2) Umbrella in room 3) Cleaner towels But it is definitely value for money

initially we got a very small Room that was supposed to have a big bed, instead it had 2 singles put together! Damm Mattress kept opening! had a water heater to make coffee but coffee nowhere to be found, i was on 3rd floor and there is no elevator and for my last day i was moved to 4th floor where rooms are much better even dough it came with those two beds ones again! all you get is water and a water heater pot not even soap to wash your hands! we used shampoo instead. if you have knee or hip problems don’t bother unless you are set on first floor!! beach and restaurant are as soon as you come out of the hotel… TV has no English channels at all and AC is right over the beds Risking to get sick!! for what i paid i think is over priced! forth floor room was more what i expected when i booked it

The hotel is quite old, but the location is just at the beach. Staff is extremely nice and helpful,however there is a construction just in front of the few(i guess, they are adding extra part, extra building) so sometimes can get pretty noisy

Near 711 and songtaew bus, can also walk to silver sand bar. Room was big but toilet was little bit smelly if u don't mind that.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Sai Kaew beach. Small rooms (which isnt the issue as we arent in the rooms except to sleep) But infested with mosquitoes. I counted 30+ bites on my daughter. This is despite covering her with mosquito repellent.

How to say ... bloody over priced for a shit hole like this , the room smell bad ,towel was stinky ,fridge old rusty and not clean ,pillow just don't remove theirs covers like this you won't see the yellow spots from previous customers fluids, The view amazing dirty tiny space wall back yard .we don't even sleep there just drop our bag convenient cause quite close from the pier
