Thank you Jun!”

We had a great stay! We explained to Jun at check in that we were celebrating our honeymoon and he went above and beyond to make the stay super special for us. The hotel has a great location, is super clean, and has eco-friendly amenities. The staff is superbly helpful. We did not get a chance to try the buffet, but the mall in the basement has great food and a grocery store right when you get off the elevator for a quick snack. You are also surrounded by great food in Shinjuku.

Room with spectacular views.”

So i booked this hotel hoping to have a room with the godzilla view. On thr day of checkin, was lucky enough that the receptionist granted my wish. Staffs were accommodating. Check in was early at 1pm. You can request for multiple complimentary eater bottle. Near train stations and a lot of shops nearby and food so you wont have to every worry. Room was cleaned everyday. All in all, very satisfied with my stay. Too bad, we werent in the hotel the whole day to fully use its amenities since price point was a bit on a higher side.. walking distance or super near as well to airport shuttle bus stop.

Best hotel in shinjuku”

Our room was newly renovated so everything was extremely new. Room was extremely clean and daily housekeeping was done not like some hotels which choose to clean on alternate days. Bed was easily the best - Simmons beautyrest! Hotel helped us with luggage delivery to our next hotel. Location was great too!

I recommend a friendly hotel with a great location.”

First of all, the location in the heart of Shinjuku is great. However, families with children may find it uncomfortable due to the proximity to Kabukicho and the smell of cigarettes. The entrance through the basement was a bit difficult, but the staff were all friendly and provided good service. It was fortunate to have stayed at the Shinjuku Prince Hotel, even if it cost a little more. The room cleaning was also neat, and it was nice that they put up a "do not disturb" sign when we went out. The city view room had a beautiful view as well.

"Honestly fantastic" is already in English and does not require translation.”

We were a group of three who stayed at this hotel. The room had a city-like feel and we could hear the sounds of Shinjuku outside, but it wasn't too bothersome. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast. We stayed at multiple hotels in different cities throughout our trip in Japan, but the breakfast at this hotel was the best. The coffee was especially amazing and made our day. The cozy and city-like atmosphere of the rooms was also great. I also have an interesting story about this hotel. During our trip, we thought we had lost a phone charger and reached out to the manager. The manager was very responsive and answered our question quickly. They were also kind enough to look for our charger after we had checked out. I will definitely remember this hotel and stay here again when I'm in Shinjuku. As you can probably tell, I highly recommend this hotel to future visitors.
