“A hotel with a very good location.”
It was really convenient to be connected to Shibuya Station! And since I could use the elevator connected to the hotel front to go back and forth, it was super convenient for hotel guests while everyone else was queuing to go down the escalator! The location is right at Shibuya Station, making it easy to take the NEX to the airport or visit Shinjuku via the JR line. Within a 15-minute walk, there are Don Quijote, Parco department store, Kaldi, a supermarket, convenience stores, Daiso, and more, so shopping was easy, and I could drop off my bags at the hotel and explore other places comfortably. My mom and I, two daughters, stayed for a 4-day, 3-night trip at this hotel and had breakfast, which was fine. The menu was mostly the same, but there were so many varieties of coffee, drinks, and bread that I didn’t get bored. Previously, when I stayed at another hotel, the air was too dry, and I could smell smoke due to poor ventilation, but here I requested a non-smoking area, and it was pleasant, plus I asked for a room with a good view, and I could see Tokyo Tower from my room, which was great. The only downside was that the window couldn’t open, but the large window was satisfactory in its own way. The bathroom wasn't large, but it wasn't small either, and above all, hot water came out immediately, and the water pressure was great, making it very enjoyable to shower and wash my hands. Especially, the amenities included shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, and using the shampoo made my hair really soft, so I didn't even touch the treatment I brought. It was also convenient to have disposable toothbrushes, combs, cotton swabs, razors, cleansing oil, cleansing foam, skin lotion, and milky lotion. However, there was no soap, shower towel, or body lotion, so I bought those separately at Daiso. Being a 4-star hotel, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable, allowing me to have a great time. The heater could be adjusted individually, which was nice, but if you raise the temperature, it might get dry, so be prepared to use a mask or apply cream multiple times for a completely enjoyable trip. I highly recommend this hotel!
