Perfect”
They will provide anything. I craved cheesecake at 10 p.m. and they made one for me even if it’s not on the menu. Location is perfect, staff are very nice and clean well, room is big. They even surprised me on my birthday, decorated my room with balloons and left cake for me!

Exceptional service and staff”
My daughter and I stayed for two nights during school holidays. We were lucky to get an upgrade to a partial ocean view room on the highest floor. The room was lovely - clean, well-lit and had basic amenities. Internet connection was smooth. The TV was a little outdated, SD, not Smart, so we couln't mirror or stream, but it was ok for a couple of nights. The light switches in the room and hot water tap in the shower seemed a little too complicated, but after a few tries we figured it all out. Breakfast was on the 4th floor and the ocean view of Kuta beach was breathtaking. Good selection of food and pastries. Overall it was a lovely break - the stars of the show were the staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive, from housekeeping to concierge, reception, security and restaurant - just exceptional. They really helped make our stay a memorable one ❤️

This was one of the most comfortable stays I’ve had… the hotel premises were very well maintained, my room facing the ocean was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I would definitely come back again!

Excellent Service”
All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular - Once I was there, a receptionist named Aya, helped me in quickly making another booking for the rest of my family as they had decided at the last minute to join me in Bali for the weekend. She was very helpful in accommodating this arrangement and as a result, made our trip fantastic. In general, all other staff are also always ready to help. Location is fantastic by the beach and right above the mall. The pool was absolutely stunning!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's basically connected to the mall, it's also close to shops and entertainment. The beach is just across the street from the hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Excellent location, attentive staff!”
It was a wonderful stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta beach. The staff were very accommodative and helpful. Attend to our every need. The location, while in the congested Kuta area, was much mitigated by the fact that Sheraton was a big hotel with ample packing space and hinterland, making it an oasis in the usually crowded Kuta beach strip.

Best part about this hotel is the staff, to be honest the room wasnt the best. When booking I advice upgrade so u don't get the loud room in the corner facing the mal. Definitely upgrade to the other rooms. Best thing bout this hotel is the staff and the breakfast, best breakfast in bali, and staff Dika at the restaurant was the nicest ever. Always remembered us and chatted with us made us feel special. Might not stay here again but will definitely come just for the food hahaa. Excellent food here.

Choose the sea view (which cost more) and see the beautiful beach and people surfing. The Beach Walk mall with many restaurant, supermarket and shopping. Lane of cheap shop to test your negotiating skills. All within walking distance. Take the horse cart ride (Rp 250,000) around Kuta area. About 30mins. Downside of the hotel, security is very good until they have to X-ray your food..even McD or Pizza. Going to have your breakfast is steps down with one side hand guard. Not good for elderly or weaker legs.
