“My Unpleasant Stay”
We wish to bring to your attention with regards to our bad experience stayed at your so call Sri Pengantin Resort at Janda Baik recently Chk in on 2 nd March n chkout on 3rd march 2024. We arrived at d resort quite late at about 9 pm n it was drizzling We are tired n sleepy All we want is to have dinner n good night sleep n rest . But as we entered d room so call Sri Cemoaka suite..through my astonishment as we walk to the balcony there was water flooded n wet my feet At first i thought it was rain water overflow frm balcony but it was the water from the air cond leaking Air cond leaks very badly We called thr front desk to rectify the problem if the air cond . Yes . one man came to repair the aircond but it takes very long more than a hour . We ask for a fan so that we can have dinner first while waiting for d aircond to repair. Secondly the bathroom cannot be locked and have sharp edges and injured my finger when i want to take my bath So the door connot close properly .so like no privacy for us The water pressure at shower and bidet was slow.and not much bathroom amenities for a suute room . No slipper provided The bed was not comfortable to sleep .the divan seems smaller than the mattress Bedsheets were torn and smelly By right the room should checked first before guest checks in The lamps are full of dust and the balcony with green mould The cleanliness are questionable We have breakfast at the balcony to look at the nice view of the suroundings but the river water n garden suroundings are very badly maintain . Almost everywhere at d surroundings are poorly maintain and worn out and old . The sw.pool was left abondaned Very poor unsightly . The scenery of greenery by the river was great . The next day no water supply . So we ask for extension stay till 2 pm .hoping the water suppy will come back to normal But we felt uncomfortable to stay on So we check out without taking out bath eventhough your staff have gave us a few bottles for us to fresh up .. We have bad experience stay at your resort Please do sumthing before you loose your guest I surely will not ever visit your resort anymore . I should thanks the staff for thier service .they have tried thier best My sincere comment for the management to make major improvement to the resort in the near future Thank you
