I can’t believe every staff in this hotel take care of me very very good. They very nice and always smile and very helpful for everything. That guy reception in the night i forgot his name but he work after learn university he very nice and give me all everything i request he always smile to me. The manager is very good. The room very nice and clean , breakfast so delicious and you can request more any food you like. In the night i come down to eat dinner in this hotel , again the staff at bar very nice everybody there very nice., i never see any hotel all this staff like this before. I you guy i you see my review , you should try stay here, trust me you will feel so good. I will be there again for sure♥️

Nice budget hotel”
+ location near to the beach and shops + staff very helpful ( that day my daughter puke all over the bed..and they manage to change the bedsheet quickly early at 7am) + can use grab and stop in front of the hotel + clean towel and smell so good + can extend my stay and check out late until 3pm..and they will charge 150k rp + room was a bit small but still okay for me..consider with the good price i paid + really strong pressure for shower + super fast internet - room was a bit dark..i wish they are more lighting - sometimes they are bad smell coming out from the toilet bowl..so i need to closed the toilet door all the time - in the night sometimes you can hear people laughing and chatting loudly coming from outside as the door not really sound proof - breakfast could be improve..not varied but overall the hotel value for your money and definitely will coming back

The front desk is top notch. Very hospitable. Bed is comfortable. Housekeeping is clean. Balcony is nice. Just few things for improvement: 1. Make sure the comforter and pillows/pillow cases are not musty. I understand that maybe due to COVID, all those items might be left too long hence the mouldy smell. It seriously affected my sleep as the smell keeps lingering around me. However, the front desk has quickly changed to a non-musty bedding after I complaint. 2. Internet connection is too slow, one of the slowest in Bali. The speed is less than 1Mbps. If you need to work or even stream YouTube in HD, you can’t. 3. As usual, TV not having channels. Other than that, all good.

Serela was more than we expected it to be. We had good sized rooms over looking the pool with balcony's. The linen was a ll really clean & fresh smelling, The bed & pillows were super comfy. AC was great. The bathroom was super clean. No "Bali" smell or dirty grout haha The staff were faultless even beyond typical Bali hospitality. Location is really close to everything but still quiet. Apart from the rooster next door lol Buffet breakfast was great, a selection of Indonesian food, breads, fruit, puddings, juice, tea & coffee & eggs cooked your way upon request. I would definitely stay here again.

Originally planned to stay in this hotel just for a week and then transfer to a different one. I ended up staying for 2-3 weeks because location was superb, super clean too and the size is just right for a solo traveller like me. I like the fact that every room has its own balcony. I love everything about this hotel except for: it's pricing fluctuation. The rate fluctuates, sometimes it's affordable and sometimes the rate just skyrockets. It would go up like 3-4x the price of my previous booking. All in all, I love it here. Thanks Serela Legian!

The location is strategic, the atmosphere is quiet, very comfortable for a place to rest. The room is clean. I am very happy because I got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hospitality is good, the staff is very friendly. It's really a very comfortable experience while staying at Serela Legian. P.S: if you stay there, don't forget to bring toiletries because there only provide towels.

Had a great stay at Serela! The staff were very helpful, especially Agus at reception who helped us pack extra souvenirs in our bags, and called a Grab to our next destination. The room itself was clean, with good AC and wifi. There was a buffet style indonesia breakfast. Location was in the heart of Legian, minutes away from the beach, shopping and nightlife, but also tucked away in a smaller alley so there was little noise at night.

apart from some of the services being halt due to pandemic situation,my 6 night long at Serela was amazing. With their minimum staff capacity, they still try to do the best of their service. Their sincere smile and hospitality is beyond expectation.

Great for a short stay as a budget traveller. A1 for cleanliness and locality.”
Nice clean place for the budget traveller. A1 for modern, clean rooms. I stayed in the superior room, was the cheapest room, my goal was to stay at accommodation for less than $30 Aus night with breakfast, this hotel fitted into all that. The room was small, bathroom/shower smaller, had to get into shower and close the door remember not to turn water on till in. No fridge I would say was the only draw back, to me USB a must. This is why I would give it a rating out of five a 4. I will stay again just for first night with a late flight as it’s right next to all my friends.
