Clean but no view”
I stayed here a week and was disappointed that these bungalows did not seem to have any sea views. The first night I discovered that my hard mattress was the box spring so I asked for a mattress and they moved me to another room. It was about a block up from the beach area. The rooms were clean and comfortable and both A/C and showers worked well.

The staff were nice and helpful. The only things is, the room is not well equipped as expected, we had to request for water heater, and some basic utensils. The water also is not clean, we have to let the water flow for more than 30 minutes to let it become more clean, but still was yellowish.

Affordable place, very close to the beach. Super friendly staff. The rooms are quite old, and towels were all stained. Bed sheets were clean. Good just to rest there and sleep. Was very happy with staff.

We had stayed here before and didn't expect much as it is just a place to sleep. However, on the last day while checking out the staff couldn't find my passport and that kind of thing needs to be organized. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. It won't be too comfy but it's convenient enough.

Not as expected, or as it could be ”
The room itself was new and adequate but the WiFi was terrible, could not get tv to work, no waters or breakfast as advertised and room was not serviced in the 3 nights we were there. It seems it was just severely understaffed. The price is what brought us but it just was not worth the savings. We changed hotels.

Difficult to judge services in the times of the global pandemic but definitely many things could have been better. No electricity in one room, changing room, worse standard, quite dirty rooms, staff don't speak much English so many misunderstandings out of it etc

No mobile signal. Poor or intermittent wifi”
There is no mobile phone signal within the grounds of the resort due to its location. Also the Wi-Fi either doesn’t work or is very poor slow or intermittent. For this reason if you need to communicate with the outside world online or phone I cannot recommend this resort. The staff are friendly the room is clean and large with a comfortable bed. I did complain to the management about the Wi-Fi and they said I could use the Wi-Fi in the reception. I explained that that was not at tall convenient and that I was paying for a room with Wi-Fi so therefore I should have it. They were not willing to do anything about it also my air-conditioning was temperamental and would only run for 10 minutes and then switch off I explained that that was not a tall convenient and that I was paying for a room with Wi-Fi so therefore I should have it. They were not willing to do anything about it. Generally I’m on Samet for the beaches so wasn’t to fussed.

Deluxe is Overpriced”
I've stayed here a number of times in the bungalows out back, but decided to spend a little more and get a little closer to the beach. However, I was shocked to discover that instead of a deluxe bungalow, I had rented a room just a few meters from the office. This was my fault, but once I saw the room and then the breakfast the next day, I think that the establishment is also at fault for describing this room and deal as "deluxe." The bungalows out back are a much better deal, but if you can pay a little more, there are other places near by that are will give you more bang for your buck!

We stayed in the building near the road in what was called a deluxe room. However, it was nothing special and we would have preferred to stay in a lower priced bungalow even though it would have been farther from the beach!
