Pros: near Taman Safari, large bed, friendly staffs, breakfast was plenty. Cons: bed cover and curtains were a bit dirty.

Close to de ranch”
The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the location, only 5 mins walk to de ranch. Though the staff was really nice but the cleanliness of the hotel was highly questionable - quite uncomfortable especially during pandemic.

The location is nice. Near tourist attraction. The staff are friendly. However, the room is damp. The bathroom plumbing needs to be repaired. It took a long time to drain the water after shower. The WiFi is horrible! Excruciatingly slow. Kids (under 12) have to pay for breakfast! And the breakfast wasn't even good. Way too salty! It took around 15 minutes to prepare one sunny side up. I think the hotel needs new management.

Water tap keep falling, old and dirty bedsheets, I found cockroach inside the pillows, very poor breakfast, even toilet doesn’t have a lock! And the used tape to cover it! I was just praying the night finish so fast and we just get out of that room,

There's not much to do in the hotel, except resting. It has a small pool, but we didn't get the chance to use it. The building was relatively new, as one of the added the values. It's located at walking distance to Cimory restaurant, close to the Jagorawi highway entrance, but quite far from the other Puncak's attractions. We stayed at Rizen Premier Puncak on our last day of holiday so it's okay.

A hotel with a good location and great breakfast”
I Booked for 2 Superior room. I Stayed with my Children and family. The location is good, close to Pasar Cisarua and Taman Safari, Next to Cimory mountain view resto. i really Love the Breakfast, they dont charge for the children and there are many option for the buffet breakfast. it's just they need to improve the swimming pool, because it was too small for an adult.

This hotel is at strategic location .. it is located in the middle of Jalan Raya Puncak. It is very close to the famous Cimory Resto, and not very far from Taman Safari Park. They have new buildings upfront, but deluxe room that we order is not! it is large, nice, clean but kinda old. It has balcony, with great mountain view, but with huge spider web and giant spider also near the balcony :) really afraid it bites. Hotel restaurant are spacious and has nice breakfast menus .. complete and tasy. Hotel staff are friendly.Overall, this is just a so so hotel in great location, that's all. You can find better ones with better price.

Last minutes booking,not disappointed ”
Should we book this hotel with the normal price this will be very overpriced. Luckily we got like 70% discount. Our room is near to the street, so it is a little bit noisy. In front of our room,there is a big hole in the ceiling. Other than that actually the hotel is quite good. Easy check in, easy check out.

Short trip to Puncak”
Due to the massive traffic jam from Jakarta, we reached the Hotel at 3 am!..It's not easy to locate this place for a first time traveller(even our local driver couldn't find this place at first) there since there are lots of hotels and homestays along the main road. We went all the way up till the end of the road heading towards bandung and after asking around we had to turn back and look carefully for it's landmark again. Well the hotel is actually located at the main road but since it was dark and 3 in the morning we couldn't find it while passing thru the main road. The check in was fast and staff are very helpful. Overall it was a good experience.
