My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although there was not much around us, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The front desk staff were superbly helpful and assisted us with all our inquiries. We highly recommend staying here for your next trip to San Jose!

From the check-in to the check out the staff was helpful and friendly (lobby, restaurant, bar, etc). The hotel location is good. Rooms were clean, had good amenities and roomy. The food was tasty and at a good price.

The hotel is located in an appropriate are for my work. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are not very attractive, old furniture, and few with some view. Those rooms that suppose to be higher class, do not have any view at all. Restaurant offers a limited number of dishes but are not bad and correct prices.

Far from the description ”
Not worth the price. Size and pictures have nothing to do with reality. No king bed nor 2000 s.f junior suite. Instead, we received 250s.f. suite cramped on the first floor, that really doesn't look like the pictures. When we asked the front desk, they pretended that they don't understand the difference between a family suite and a tiny cramped room with three small beds. The difference of approximately 2000 s.f. Unacceptable

Overbooked us on work trip / honeymoon small room”
It was not good the first night. We had to stay in the handicap room after we booked a suite. It was very awkward and we were there on our honeymoon, but for work at the Walmart Expo. We literally did not even want to be there the first night. We had a bunch of work to do before our event and were extremely tired and only had a small desk and did not even supply a pin to write with. Then the hangers could not be taken out of the closet so I could put it in the bathroom while I showered. Your staff was nice enough to bring us one when we requested and in the end I think it was just a very busy time in Costa Rica. I am not so upset though as I am pretty sure we will be reimbursed Today for the first night and it I am not sure whose fault it was we were given that room. After we got our suite we were fine as the staff was nice and the food was not bad. We were not even in the hotel very long as we were working most of the time so we did not get to see much.

Met expectations”
My stay was fine. Although it is advertised as being central, the hotel is a bit out of the way for the main attractions. There is a cheap bus into the centre of town though. The restaurant is nothing special.

had a great stay... Would return there if I were to travel to San Jose in the future. The hotel staff was very accommodating with changes in our arrival time. It seemed like a busy place with a nice buzz.

El hotel está bien ubicado para mi radio de acción durante mi estadía en San José. Las habitaciones tienen mobiliario bastante anticuado y viejo si bien esto no me molesta demasiado, siempre que los cajones se puedan abrir y cerrar sin grandes esfuerzos. Atención con las habitaciones que hay muchas sin ninguna vista sino que dan un escueto espacio interior nada atractivo, por lo que los que gusten de una vista exterior, preguntar si las hay disponibles. El desayuno es muy pobre y siempre el mismo: gallo pinto, pan de molde, un zumo artificial, variedad de 3 tipos de frutas y cereales. No hay alternativa. Sin embargo, el pescado que sirven suele ser bueno y a la plancha es rico. En definitiva, si hay suerte de tener una habitación con ventana al exterior y si ofrecieran una minima variedad en el desayuno que es muy desangelado, el hotel pienso que ganaría mucho para los no exigentes en el diseño y ambientes elegantes.

Hotel bien situé pour prendre l'avion mais trop eloigné pour visiter la ville.Autour de l'hotel les restaurants ne sont pas de grande qualité et le quartier n'ets pas très securisé.

Hotel parfait pour arriver ou quitter San José. Chambre confortable pour un bref séjour. Petit déjeuner très moyen mais suffisant. Lieu trop excentré pour visiter la capitale. Restaurant au alentour inexistant ou non gastronomique.(fast food)

住宅街の中にあるため非常に静か。5分も歩けば広大なサバナ公園があり、セントロまでも徒歩で20-30分程度。散歩がてら出かけるのも良い。セントロがとても混雑して騒々しかったので、この辺りに宿をとって良かった。
