Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Resort Atlantic Villas & Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of USD 190 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Electricity is not included and has an extra cost. The electricity use is charged separately at check-out. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Swimming pool is for free of charge for guests of pool-view units. For other guests we have public pool for additional fee and its subject of availability. Hot tub/Jacuzzi is for free of charge for guests who lives in units with hot tub/jacuzzi. The property accepts no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances beyond the property control. The property is not responsible for your health. Making a reservation for the period from June to October you confirm that you would not have any claims related to weather conditions.
