Exceptional”
Good size room with kitchen area. Spacious and modern bathroom with all facilities. All within walking distance from an Old Town and Mustek undergound station. Also very close to the river. Brilliant staff!!! But... Aircon in the room didn't work. TV wasn't smart and had only analog/digital channels. Say no to the Netflix, etc. You have channels in Russian, German, Italian, only one in English. Some electrical socket, located just above the shower head, had broken cover and was exposed. That added to the thrill of the adventure and spice the stay up. All that aside it was a great stay within a walking distance to the Prague centre so if you are there to explore the city rather than stay in the room, this is it.

But the bad part is that i forgot my purse in the room after checkout n when i called then to check they said they dont have it. Which is not true.. so they must keep an eye on their house keeping staff

We stumbled upon Residence Bologna while seeking budget-friendly accommodations in the Old Town, near public transportation, sights, restaurants, etc. The price is fair for what you get - a good location if you're up for walking 5-15 minutes in the Old Town and comfortable hopping on trams and the metro/subway to go further; friendly staff at the front desk; a clean, simple room with all necessities; an amazing breakfast included with the nightly rate; reliable WiFi. We'd definitely stay again!

Our stay was very comfortable, rooms were a bit hot but Prague was having a heat wave and no air con. Some lovely restaurants nearby particularly Restaurace Stoleti, Allegro Tempo & of course cocktails at Hemingway Bar all in same street Karoliny Svetle around the corner from hotel

Broad room and near city plaza”
Quite good hotel with free high speed internet and free brackfast.Very close to city center plaza within 5 minutes distance on foot.I could recommand this hotel to vistor and I will stay when I visit Prague again.

Good Place for a stay in Prague”
FIrstly, the location of this is awesome. Everything is at a walk of 10 - 15 mins within the old town which is the place to be while in Prague. We were happy to get a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen as well which helped with a kid. The breakfast was ordinary. There is an Indian restaurant right next to this place which has good food (only lamb is halal though). Overall, I recommend this place due to its location & rather nice staff.

Walking distance from Charles Bridge, Residence Bologna is a charming little hotels with decor that harks back to the old times. All major attractions are within walking distance minus the hustle and bustle of the Main Street. Close to local restaurants, big warm rooms.

Prague residence Bologna ”
It was nice. Parking is a nightmare! The room was large and the bathroom was decent. The elevator was adequate. The hotel was solidly built and the locks were massive, with extra spike going into the steel frame around the door. It is right in the middle of Prague, so the location is awesome.

WEEKEND STAY FOR THE HALF MARATHON”
Very large 2 bedroom apartment, with bathroom and kitchen. Room was clean and well appointed. Hotel was in a quiet side street but very close to all major attractions. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Breakfast room could do with being a little larger, a bit chaotic at peak times. I would recommend it though to other single travellers.

Amazing price for the location. Is not the cleanest or fanciest, but the staff very friendly and the breakfast was to die for! Meaning it was a simple buffet, but you felt the love. If your looking for a budget hotel in a interesting building, in the historical district with cobblestone streets, in the center of the action, then this is the hotel for you.

Great Location”
Nice apartment in the centre of Prague. Very noisy at night bottle bank under our room and bins being emptied very early in the morning, and people coming home from pub. Some of the staff were really quite rude.

Very pleasant and convenient”
The best asset of the hotel is its central location to the Old Town of Prague. This combined with the proximity to various restaurants and convenient stores and good public transport made our stay very enjoyable.

Very Good Location for the Money”
Very Good Location for the Money, breakfast was included for us so that was a bonus, however expenses in Prague is cheap anyways. The bed was not very good however but for this price you cannot argue.

Pleasant and enjoyable. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Breakfast selection was ok compared to many hotels that I stayed in Europe. The hotel is really well-worth for this price.

Nice hotel in the center of old Prague”
I like it. Our windows were into the courtyard side, there is silence and sun at morning. But Agoda's price about 15% more than others and hotel directly, I don't know what is the "15% hotel tax". Nobody in hotel couldn't explain me this.

Excellent hotel”
Our room was big and comfortable with a kitchen (and also a complete cooking utensils,plate,spoon,&fork) It's only 10minutes walk to old town square and charles bridge. There's many restaurant nearby. Please note that they will charge you for city tax while agoda said it's already included in the price (I even confirm to costumer service and he said it's included)

Great location, terrible staff”
We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The location is great : 7 min walk to Charles Bridge. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast served is good enough : cheese, ham, some pastries, yoghurt,bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee,milk, orange and apple juice. My big disappointment was the staff. The hotel is dominated by Italian guests and Italian staff. They don't really care too much about guest requests and complaints. TV channels were very few and for some reason they were only Italian. I talked with the reception about that and they said a technician will come to fix the problem. Nobody came, nothing happened. The staff was not even smiling when talking to us. For the price and location, it is great but if you search for excellent staff, stay away from this hotel.
