“Comfortable stay!”
I chose to stay at Remm Roppongi because of its proximity to the Tokyo Tower, Teamlab Borderless, and the train station. It's also close to convenience stores, restaurants, and stores. Roppongi also held a special place in my heart because it was the first city I worked at in Japan many eons ago :-) The Front Desk staff were very courteous and always willing to help. The cleaning staff, however, needs some improvement. Unlike their counterparts at Remm Akihabara (RA), they were not as thorough. After our room was cleaned one day, we found the bedspreads left on the chair and not returned on the bed. The sink faucet's nozzle was also turned upside down for some reason so when I turned it on, the water almost spilled on the counter. These were never the case at RA. The water pressure is excellent. They also have a rain shower as at RA but the tiny nozzles were spewing water all over the place. It seems they haven't been given some maintenance for a while. I have a similar shower head at home and I had to regularly check the nozzles for calcium buildup and whatnot so it functions as it should. That said, it was still a comfortable stay overall.

“Great location”
Very conveniently located. Close to Roppongi station (Hibiya & Toei Oedo subway lines), with an elevator nearby to access the underground. Convenient stores, pharmacies, excellent restaurants and Starbucks are all just within a very short walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, though it felt a bit cramped due to the layout and the massage chair, which we only use to put most of our winter clothes. Fortunately we have shipped one of our big luggage and carry-on to the next city. The bathroom is fairly clean, however the window screen in our shower was a bit mouldy at the top. Laundromat is just a short walk (at the back of the hotel), pass the 7-11. Ask for direction from the reception. The staff was quite accommodating with our requests to keep our belongings after checkout. We stayed for a week and would choose this hotel again for its location.

“Very satisfied.”
When I travel to Japan, I always end up doing a lot of shopping, so the transportation options to the accommodation are very important to me. I tend to prefer the area around Daimon since I insist on using Haneda. I usually go to Tokyo four times a year, and I switch accommodations each time. Roppongi requires a transfer to get to Haneda, and compared to Ginza, it doesn't have many shopping malls or restaurants nearby. Besides Roppongi's illumination, I feel like there's not much else to offer. However, I really like it because, due to its somewhat central location, I can reach anywhere in about 40 minutes, whether it's Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku, or Ginza. The facilities are very clean, and there’s also a massage chair. I can speak a little Japanese, so it wasn't a big advantage for me, but there are staff who can speak Korean as well! They provide all the amenities, and when checking out, you can store your luggage in lockers; I think it was free for up to 12 hours? The location is great, with a 24-hour Don Quijote just 10 minutes away, and there are quite a few restaurants. The surroundings are quiet, possibly because there's nothing particularly outstanding nearby. If I had to pick one issue, the bathroom is made of glass facing the bed. There is a curtain to cover it, but that curtain was a bit dirty with mold and stains. I went alone, so I just left it as is. I think if they replace that, it would really improve the stay!

“Good value ”
This is the 4th hotel I’ve stayed at in and around Tokyo for a similar price. The room is more spacious than other common hotels you’ll come across. Rooms are clean, bed is very comfy, beautiful window view from the room and a nice touch with the massage chair in the room. They have laundry in the building that’s coin based, super convenient. My only “complaint” would be that the toiletries are not very extensive. They only offer the very basics like toothbrushes, hair brush, razor. I’ve stayed at others that offered face wash, face cream, lotions etc but it’s not a huge deal, just the only thing I noticed a difference in. Would still stay here again because the location is great and the value is incredible.
