It was a very nice stay at 7th hotel. Only one thing need to be improved. I booked 2 rooms. We went to lampung with 3 little children and 2 maids. We are charged 1 person breakfast fee. Without any notification from hotel staff. However it was a very nice stay. Breakfast menu are very variatif.. will be back to this hotel when we go to lampung
It was great staying at Novotel Lampung Hotel. The check in was so smooth, the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The room was big and got upgraded room from mountain view to sea view. The hotel has a wide variety of food for breakfast. It was so tasty. We will definitely back to Novotel when we visit Lampung next time...

This hotel is located in city centre, easy access. Room is good and big. Price is quite cheap for if compare to Jakarta. But they don't have swimming pools, so my children's a little disappointed. But overall this hotel recommended if you visit Lampung

A month in Sumatra and this was the most expensive room yet by far the worst. Dead and live cockroaches. Reviews praise the included breakfast... I passed on it ...having seen the bugs in my room I dreaded what was in the kitchen! You can do far better in this town. He needs to clean up his act . Simple.

i expected less for this budget hotel but with the city center location, buffet breakfast that change every morning, spacious parking lot and cheaper room service F&B, this place really a value for money. In addition they have HBO channel and free wifi too. Recommended
All staf serving cool and all the area was clean , coffee flavor at the escalator bring an aroma identity of Lampung .

The price below Rp 300rb what do want to expect? The important thing is the cleanest and it quiet comfortable. The breakfast was so salty. We stayed here for two nights, and the hotel just opened less than two months. The bathroom is spacious and bigger than other ordinary budget hotel. The bed matress firm. Overall breakfast is fine but there are no food variety from day one to the second day. We will consider this hotel as first priority when we need to stay in Bandar Lampung
