I stayed at Paradise city for a day, was city-cation to retreat and relax. The hotel was beyond expectation, perfect for me. Every facility was very very luxury and clean. Room was well conditioned, smelled okay, no dirt at all, bedding was clean. Minibar was for free, which was a big benefit when i needed night snack and a beer before sleep. Swimming pool was very beautiful in and outside, many lifeguards were all there watching me carefully(i was the only one after 5-6pm). Everywhere was clean like i couldn’t find any dirt anywhere in Gym was my favorite too. Highend treadmills, clean weights, well prepared yoga room, water bottles and towels. Very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for clean and luxury hotel to relax.

Stayed at hotel on last night of business trip prior to leaving South Korea. The hotel is in my belief catering for mid-long stay clients as rooms are more like apartments with fully fitted kitchen, living area and bathroom. The standard of room was best we encountered on visit to South Korea and we had pleasure in eating on restaurant on night of stay and again quality of food was best we had on trip. Did not have time for breakfast in morning due to early flight but again shuttle service to airport (for nominal charge) was excellent. Will certainly stay again if visiting area and highly recommend to anyone looking for a home from home. Located near Incheon Centre with variety of bars and restaurants for those staying for a longer break.

I recommend that you stay here if you have a flight to catch from Incheon International Airport. My partner and I stayed here for the night and easily cause the subway to the airport early the next morning. They also provide a free shuttle service that you can use but as I live in Korea I just felt it more convenient for me to use the subway to get to Incheon Airport. If you'd like to use the subway system to get to the hotel, you need to use the airport rail line and get off at Unseo station, go out exit 1 and if you look up, you will see big signs for Days Hotels and Suites Incheon Airport, you can't miss it!

This was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time. The hotel is relatively convenient for Incheon airport since it is close to the Maglev and has a shuttle bus. The shuttle bus and the Maglev both stop at around 18:30 which means that if your flight comes in after that, there is no easy way to get to the hotel without taking a taxi. The hotel itself is very design focus but its a great design. The rooms are really great with beautiful balconies. The furniture is top notch, the amenities luxurious. The breakfast is amazing and the service excellent. No swimming pool which is a shame. I have stayed in most of the major hotels around Incheon and this one is by far the best value for money and quality. Lots of nature and beaches to walk around nearby.

We used this hotel for our 13 hour transits in Incheon to Bangkok Thailand and from Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. We have no problems each time we used this hotel (used them a total of 4 times within two SouthEast Asia trips). The pick us up promptly at Incheon airport, just need to call them from the Airport (ask at the information desk) and they tell you where to meet the shuttle van that they send over. The person who answers the phone speaks English well enough so that you understand the directions. They check you in no matter what time of day. We checked in at 9am one morning and even as late as 10pm at night. If they don't have shuttle service available, they will call a tax for you (you pay for the taxi yourself). The area is great, lots of eateries! and Convenience stores! The facilities are great! Even a computer for your use! No problems at AirRelax Incheon Hotel. We will ALWAYS use this as our transit hotel for it is only a 10 minute ride to and from Incheon airport.

My stay was great. I stayed here for one night before an early departure the next morning. You can't ask for a better place to stay before a long flight. The food in this place is amazing. Don't even think twice about trying it. Kind of expensive, but what you would expect from a place like this. The gym and sauna are great before a night at the lounge. The pool is 25 meters, very clean, and very nice. The sauna is in very good shape, and will not disappoint. There is an on site casino if you want to try your luck at some cards. The entrance in in the beautiful lobby of the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with a smart design. If you opt for the club floor, this club lounge is much better than most in the city of Seoul. Overall, you get a great bang for your buck at Hyatt Incheon!!!!!

We booked 2 rooms with the included shuttle transfer (optional but worth it). You call a number and the driver comes to pick you up within 30 minutes. Staff speak english and are very friendly. Clean hotel with full facilities. The location is in Incheon Songdo which isn't in the heart of Seoul, But great if you want to stay close to the airport. There are 2 convenient stores nearby, hot and cold water dispensers in the main walkway of each level, so you can make yourself a soup. There is a bowling alley and plenty of bars/restaurants around. If you want, you can take a taxi to incheon city hall or songdo central park which doesn't cost much. Public transport is also near. It may be a little away from something big but we have stayed at other hotels which charged more and they were not acceptable, Ramada on the other hand filled all our wants in the area where others couldnt: Soft beds, clean rooms, buffet breakfast with necessities.

My stay was very satisfactory. The shuttle from the airport was only running once an hour when I arrived, but it is clean and efficient. The staff were great - helpful and super polite. The room was very clean and comfortable, although quite small and noise from the corridor was noticeable. I particularly liked the great Korean dishes in the restaurant. Overall a reasonably prices transit hotel in Incheon.

i booked this hotel thinking it was near the airport. at first we hopped on the free shuttle of bestwwestern at the airport only to find out it wasn't the same hotel although it was bestwestern. bestwestern airport hotel, incheon is 3 minutes away while bestwestern songdo park incheon is 20-25 minutes away. we paid around 50usd from bestwestern airport incheon to bestwestern songdo. good thing it was a nice hotel. exploring the area we got to dream city where we found the best restaurant in out entire korea trip. too bad we didn't get the name of the resto because it was in korean. it's one of the restaurants infront of 7-11 in dream city. it was a blessing in disguise that we booked in songdo because the area near the airport is gloomy.

I arrived incheon at around 2330 so I chose to stay at the airport area instead of rushing to the city due to lack of late night public transportation. Pick up: After we claimed our baggages, we called to ask for pick up. The driver came about 5 minutes later. He's efficient and speaks good English. He gave us the room key and arranged the next day transportation to airport in the car. He didn't take us up to the room but no worry, all the info needed such as wifi password is clearly shown inside the room. We ended up arrived our room before midnight. Room: My deluxe room is spacious with one queen bed and one large single bed, can actually sleeps 3-4. Clean, with all essential amenities including brush, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and shaving cream, cotton buds and pads and bathing sponge (no shower cap as I remember). Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all large size Dove which is way better than the nicely bottled but small in size and unknown brand usually provided by hotels. Towels were clean, though not snowy white. However, the water pressure was not strong enough. Large windows, a small window can be opened to get some fresh air. There was a kitchenette with microwave, fridge with 2 small size bottles water, stove, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer etc. Please note that no cutlery was provided except for 2 teaspoons. So if u buy your own cup noodles don't forget to prepare your own chopsticks or forks. Nearby: there were lots of restaurants and cafés around within walking distance. A mini mart at ground floor. Note: it's not a hotel but more like a self contained apartment so there's no reception or lobby. I feel like the apartments in the building were actually owned/managed by different owners/management. I am perfectly ok with that but if u r looking for a hotel this is not the one. Conclusion: If I happen to have chance to transit in incheon again I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Near to the Incheon airport. Free Shuttle survice. Clean, modern, relaxing, very stylish hotel. Just mind it the Bathroom floor is quite slippery when it is wet. Electric blind on wide whole panoramic window. I liked because it cuts the sunlight 99% but when your kids are asleep, you might not want to open cause it's buzzing noisy. Breakfast time was not early enough for my departure so I had to skip but no problem anyway I could have coffe and donuts in the airport. For dinner, I ordered korean meal and it was delicious(be patient the service is slooooow). Price for room is reasonable.

Ganghwa is a small island with lots of historic sites. This is the only boutique hotel with 4 stars in the island. It's located on the hill and the view from there is fantastic. The room is small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good! It was rather brunch not breakfast! Don't expect with their outdoor pool but I love their lavender garden. I'll stay there again!

the staff were very kind and helpful, the room was spacious, we got the one with the bathtub in the room. nice design, about 10 minutes walk to the arts center station for subway. but no direct bus/ limousine bus to Incheon or Gimpo airport. so you will have to take taxi if you have many luggage. taxi from gimpo airport was about 25,000KRW (US$25) about 30 minutes. the hotel staff said taxi to incheon airport was meant to be about KRW35,000. we have a lot of luggage so wee requested jumbo taxi. but they ordered us the private van, which has no meter. it was very expensive, it costs 60,000KRW (they didn't tell us the price when they booked it for us, we thought it was metered taxi) so partly our fault for not asking clearly for metered taxi. to incheon airport about 30 minutes.

I had a 13 hour layover in Incheon while traveling home from Vietnam. This hotel in the terminal is perfect for unwinding and getting some rest between long flights. The room was immaculate with every available creature comfort you might expect from any upscale hotel. Room was small, but how much space did I need for one night? Large bed and spacious bathroom with shower. Pricey, but it's a majorly convenient hotel in an airport. If you have an overnight layover at Incheon Airport, I highly recommend this to recharge your batteries. Oh yeah, there are also charging stations for your mobile devices.

This was my favorite hotel in Korea so far. This is a new hotel with high quality facilities and anemities. Good buffet breakfast with a quality selection. I booked a deal with breakfast and internet which was decent instead of paying always extra. Overall good quality hotel with nice city views on the higher floors. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. You pay more but you also get more. Value for money fits in my view. Attentative staff. Long opening hours of the gym. Decent pool. I definitely recommend this hotel to any business traveller.

We stayed in the family room. There isn’t a TV downstairs, but that just made us enjoy eachother’s company more. The beds were comfortable. BBQing indoors was a first. The brunch was sufficient and presented well. The whole property was a beautiful retreat outside the city. The music in ththe room was rather pleasent as well, with the Yamaha speakers. My parents said the bed downstairs was good, as was ours upstairs. A bit pricy for the family room, but the room was very nice.

It’a actually apartment running like a hotel. So the services are very personal. Dont worry they have a shuttle service from incheon to hotel and vice versa but u hv to call them first. The host was very nice, he concerned about our arrival and gave us his contact number and the pickup location. U can ask the information desk to help u call the host (since we dont hv korean prepaid card) The room was big and very comfortable. There is a delicious 24hr korean BBQ restaurant and convenience store at lobby level made it the best choice for u who have early/late flight.

I originally booked a day use room at a hotel in Incheon for a 9 AM to 6 PM layover. However, when I imagined what that experience looked like (including having to take a 2:30 PM shuttle back to the airport) I realized that we would get precious little rest and would have to endure passing through arrivals formalities and airport security. We paid a bit more and avoided all that and got much more rest.

I reserved two rooms for me and my friends for my friend's reunion. It was a clean hotel and value for money. However, I didn't have a pleasant experience with the staff. The front desk staff seemed to act professional, but he was short with me. Also, I asked for extra towels at night on the phone due to using all towels just after check-in. But, the staff assumed I brought extra people. Of course, I explained why I needed extra towels, but I felt awkward. Overall, I and my friends were satisfied with a clean and comfortable hotel.

My flight arrived in Incheon after midnight. Since ground transportation to my home was no longer available, I decided to spend the remainder of the night at the Incheon airport and take an airport limo home later in the morning. I made arrangement through AGODA to stay at the Oceanside Hotel which I thought offered great value for my short stay. I arrived at the hotel at 0100 hrs and was checked in by a very friendly front desk clerk. Registration was quick and shortly thereafter, I arrive at my room. From the moment I entered the room I was very impressed. It is said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and to me, the room was very beautiful. There were highly polished hardwood floors, a good sized room, large 50 inch TV. and a selection of 10-20 different toiletries. Most impressive of all was the personal touches like baskets for the towels and floor lamp with a handsomely decorated lamp shade. Sharply at 0900 hrs, the hotel shuttle returned me to the airport. My only regret is that I wish I could have stayed longer.

We booked this hotel last minute as we missed our flight and didn't want to travel all the way back to the city centre. Check in was very convenient. Our room was ready when we arrived, and compared to the hotel I stayed in in the city centre that strictly didn't allow early check-ins despite having available rooms, I appreciated this very much. The hotel staff could only speak simple english, but they were very patient, attentive and thoughtful. Also, they went out of their way to fix up the internet for our room in the fastest possible time when we informed them that our wifi didn't seem to be working. Out of my entire stay in Seoul, I recieved the best service in this unexpected stay at The Residence and am grateful that they made our trip a little more pleasant.

Free pick up from Incheon airport from our almost midnight arrival so this is a plus for me. Jun, speaks good english, he could smile a bit though he looks so serious and uptight. Please be on time when he drops you back at Incheon airport, we were at fault though, travelling with a kid is not easy. But he seems not to forgive the 5 minutes we were late. Facilities are OK and modest, you really get what you paid for.
