We stayed 27-28 Sep 2019, no hot water for the shower, no drink water, big spot in ceiling, old hotel. Anyway for the staff, good service & honest. When my suitcase left in lobby, the staff give back to us.

The room not clean enough, so many weird spot, and the bathtub has so many hair.. there was weird smell. The Air cond old.. not a good stuff i think.

RedDoorz and Agoda are supposed to be two reputable companies which should not accept run down places like this on their listings. In the end we did not use the hotel and went back home.

Cleanliness was so bad, the bathroom was so dirty so many yellow stain, the bedroom was smell and dirty...i am not recommended at all, but their staff was so friendly, i check out earlier because i can't stand anymore. They need renovation as soon as possible

When I entering the room there is no towels, no bath mat, no soap, telephone line is disconected, bathroom are very dirty, I go down to the receiptionis to ask for towel etc, almost 1 hour long and twice asking. Very very not recommended hotel service
