Is it on the 'red-light district'?”

The hotel is situated nearby one of the biggest mall in Palembang, there are other hotel on the same areas - all offer karaoke and night club. The hotel ambiance just feel like a club, when walking to get into our room, even my 6 year old daughter make a comment "why are we staying at a karaoke, this is not a hotel?" I kind of suspicious that it located in Palembang red-light district; based on the surrounding and the non stop music we heard all night. I stay in the hotel for a night sleep as we're crossing the town to go to another place (check in at 10 pm, and check out at 9 am). Will I stay here again? NO!

Bad accommodation hotel at Palembang ”

Bad services, Not friendly, uncomfortable. I plan to stay long in this town then trying to stay 2 nights at this hotel, but every night would take sleep disturbed to sound very loud music very noisy from the discoteque room in same building or others and room service is very bad asking tip bluntly as beggars who have no education. And then I am moved to other hotel and I will never back again to this hotel....

It was alright”

, the location as it is close to a mall, spacious room, internet in the room though it's quite weak

I must say it was unpleasant. The room was so humid, it has no ventilation. I feel suffocated in the room cause of the smell due to the dampness of the room, The room that I got has problem with the air,conditioning, it kept turning off every few minutes. Not having A/C on makes the room even more damped. I didn't quite like the hallway to the room as it is quite dark and gloomy.

THE DIRTIEST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN”

The hotel was very dirty. The bed was very stinky. And the bathroom was awful. The floor was wet, so many hairs on the floor. I will never stay in this hotel anymore! Not worth at all. My score for this hotel is 1 out of 10.
