"I had an amazing time only because I met some awesome people who are also guests there. The building is new and two receptionists including the manager from Poland are nice but Do not stay at this place , the days I was there it was 40degree inside the room and there isn't fan nor AC , the day i arrived it was particularly hot so I saw 30 people at the front desk at a time asking for fan and unlocking window in room but since there is probably one key and 30 fans according to one staff , which is not enough for the entire building ! The heat made me sick for two days so I couldnt even go out and see prague. Obviously the receptionists told us they reflected many times about the heat problem to the German headquarter but their opinions were not valued so why stay at a place where they do not value the customers?
