Egor at the front desk was so helpful and kind ; his assistance made for a memorable first visit to Prague. The hotel is clean , comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The hotel has an arrangement with a transportation service which we utilized to take us to the station upon departure . we can also recommend t...

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is a easy 15 minute walk from the central station and 5 minutes from Wenceslas Square. The check in was fast and the manager was very helpful. I was a little disappointed in the size of our room, classic room, however we spent all our time exploring the city, and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom lovely....

Good location close to the riverside for jogging/walking and half way between Prague 1 (old town) and Prague 2 (new town). The local restaurant at the corner is a gem and the must visit U Kalicha (Svejk restaurant) is 600 meters walk. Late night shop at the corner too. A perfect place for us. Might be the quietest hotel ever, not even the ventilation hum. Might be hot ...

We were staying at Miss Sophie's hotel with our parents. Each room was designed differently and it was amazing! The staff prepared in every room a surprise box with champagne and some snacks ( without extra charge), it was a very nice surprise. I've never seen such a special design in the hotels, amazing! We came for our wedding to Prague and this hotel was such a perf...

Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable and warm. The staff, especially Moussa, Lukas & one male & female staff from the reception were very kind and accommodating. They genuinely welcomed us as we arrived and as we checked out. Moussa and the other male staff helped me out as i needed assistance with an issue with the previous hotel we stayed in in Berlin. They went ...

the hotel is very new. all accommodations are well taken care of and they offer everything you need for prague trip. the hotel is only 5 mins walk from the metro but i would suggest that you print the map or have mobile roaming to find it on the possibly google map. the staffs are all very friendly and do speak english fluently. we will recommend this hotel to every...

The location was ideal for me as I was attending a conference at the Prague Congress Centre and the hotel is near a subway stop--and the 10-min walk to the station is lined with superb buildings. The city is very well served by trams and the subway so it's easy to go anywhere. The restaurant is outstanding--super fresh food, great GF / DF options, great taste. Room was...

It’s located on the edge of Prague 1, which is much quieter. 30 mins taxi ride from airport, which can be arranged by the MH apt and it’s super convenient. Bus and metro stop are very close by. It’s easy to get around the city. There are all kinds of tours you can book thru MH Apt. we booked two of them, one is all-inclusive and the other is trip to Cesky krumlove. Bo...

The hotel is, in my opinion, very good value for money. We arrived in Prague at 10PM and did not have a place to stay. We ran across the Merlin and were welcomed by the lady, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was huge and the beds were comfortable. The location is ideal, with many restaurants and bars nearby to pull from.

Everything is well equipped inside the hostel. The bed is comfortable and you can have unlimited hot water supply in washrooms. They clean the rooms everyday so it's very clean and neat. The best thing I have to mention is that when you check in, the receptionist will give you a detailed introduction of the whole city. Maybe it'll take you five to ten minutes standing ...

Just want to shout out and personally thank Tomas for his excellent service during my stay at Ambiance from 23 Jun to 25 Jun 2018. We had a late check in after a journey from Vienna to Prague and was given a twin bed room during check in. Went to our room and found out it was a twin bed. Upon request, Tomas did a check and help to reassign us to a double bed room. ...

We stay there for three days and very satisfied with the hostel. The room is big and stylish. Although the location is not in the old town, take tram 22 almost can take you to all the main attractions in Prague. The hostel sell stamps, tram tickets and many other stuffs which is very convenient to travelers. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The also have ...

Breakfast not the best, tough skinned 'sausages' which were difficult to get a fork into or cut with a knife. Rest was ok. I stayed in the annex, about 300 yards away, was asked for 1000 Koruna deposit, which was refunded on leaving. Since I had only limited currency with me I asked if it could be paid in £'s. Was refused meaning, 1000 koruna dead - I was leaving for...

It was such a bad experience. We searched for the apartment for more than half an hour. The address provided on the confirmation letter was correct but there was no signs outside the front door of the apartment building. This was so frustrating for tourists who could not speak in Czech. Fortunately, a lady who lives in that building kindly dialed the number to the apar...

Well it is OK for my friend and me to live in this hostel, it is close to Prague old town and easy traffic for both Metro(to Prague airport) and cable bus to Prague castle(No. 22). It is a quite place when you lived into and approciate for young traveller to settle their convenience. In the reception room, you can always get patient guide and help. Don't forget to ge...

We expect to see a small room with poor design, inhospitable staff. Prepared for this. When we came at the apartments reception, we were pleasantly surprised. Receptionist addressed by name to us with an affable smile. At first I thought maybe it’s a trap, probably they have something wrong with the room. When we entered the room, I was even more surprised when we sa...

This is a newly renovated, clean hostel, located near the historical centre of Prague. It feels more like a hotel, than a hostel. The staff are young foreign travellers who work in Prague for some time. They are very friendly and helpful. On top they cook some vegitarian meal every night and organise some free walking tours around the city/pubs. Never stayed in a bett...

I went to Prague with my boyfriend and found this hotel on Agoda. It was the first time I have booked on this website and as the hotel was much cheaper than on other well-known websites, I was a bit concerned to book it through Agoda. I loved this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Prague. We were only two minutes from the nearest metro station and about ten/fifteen minutes from the city centre. The room was beautiful and quiet, with a lovely view. The staff let us check in early and even helped me out when my mother called from the States. The breakfast was more than I co...

enjoyed our stay here. Very large room with plenty of space for us to spreadout. Large and confortable bed and decent shower are important things to me! Fairly easy to get into central Prague, but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Friendly staff and they allowed us to leave our bags before we flew out late at night.

The Beranek is not far from the old city center of Prague, two metro stations are nearby. Right next door is a good restaurant too. Personnel is friendly, check-in efficient. The room was clean, with TV, fridge and water cooker. Beds garanteed a good sleep. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. I can recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

hotel was in a good location. room was nice and quite new. however the staff were so rude and seemed to be angry all the time. the breakfast was not a great selection of just sweets and some ham and cheese with bread. ask for a 30 minute late check out and was abruptly told no you must check out at 11. if the staff were friendly I would rate the hotel great! worth the ...

Well the hotel itself is good, rooms are very spacious, location is more than great. However what we didn't like is the lake of housekeeping, during our 4 nights stay no one came to change towels or clean the room or anything. I don't know if they just forgot or that's their policy, we actually didn't ask in the front deks about it.

I booked this hostel because I read all the positive comments on the website. I would say that the hostel is good and the staff are very friendly. The people living inside are mostly nice. There is one thing that bothered me during my stay: the paint odor or the odor from the wood decoration in the rooms. Could be improved.

Great Price. Very friendly staff. Room Cleaned everyday. Comfy bed. Good security within the hotel. Safe available in room. Plenty choice for breakfast 0700-1000hrs. the location is a bit away from the city but not too far from the tram/ bus stop, just need to walk up and down from the main street. this is a very quiet neighborhood, not many people walk at night. the architecture and color were great though. the place's value is worth the money. good hotel for day or two. Clean room and good bed that is the only thing i needed in Prague because all the day i was trevelling. Thank to Martin the owner helped us and make our order in our or two. We ordered the hotel from the bus from Budapest and he make us a room in 23:00.

Everything was perfect. The room was ok, clean, with tv and very big and confortable. Breakfast was also great. The staff doesnt speak other than czech, but they were very friendly and we could solve the language issues with the translator. We could easily walked to the city center, so location was also good!

I posted a glowing review on tripadvisor so I will summarise here: I arrived very late (almost midnight), check-in was effortless, top-floor room with all the mod-cons and well stocked mini-bar (it had just turned my birthday!). Hotel located about 200 houndred meters to Vltava river, not far from old city center (walking distance in about 15 minutes), also with very good connection with public transfer - trams or underground (metro). Great value for money, close to convention center (although there is a 100-step stairway to climb), public transport right in front of hotel, red metro line about 10 minutes' walk. Rooms are fine, although my bathroom was small, breakfast is fine. I'd recommend the Union Hotel Prague...

We arrived on the one of the hottest day in Prague. The hotel was a little bit far away from the subway station, so you need to walk a bit but it is still very centrally located and easy to find. the tea and coffee were not free which is not convenient but the breakfast was nice but only till 10.

Lovely room in nice hotel. Only downside is that you had to pay for the tea and coffee in the room which was expensive for sachets of instant Nescafé... A small detail that made the hotel seem a bit petty as everything else of very high standard. Oh and they need an industrial toaster for breakfast to avoid queues for toast, but very minor. The area at first appearanc...

i stayed in this hotel for a conference in the prague convention centre. the hotel is close to metro station and city centre so is quite convenient for sightseeing at all the major attractions. the room size is decent given the price and the furnishing is acceptable but some of the pillows are too soft (for me). another thing is that many metro stations do not have esc...

Enjoyed our stay at Best Western City Hotel Moran in Na Morani Prague. It is centrally located, one may enjoy the walk to old and new town, or one may take the tram and metro since the stations are very near the hotel. The room was clean, well equipped. Good location because I've to catch up with the bus at Na Knizeci. Although the Metro station is far away, the tram station is just nearby(trams to major attraction and centrum). (a) Boutique hotel - we love the uniqueness of the apartment. Given the size and the layout, we just love it especially when we stayed here for a couple of continuous night over New Year! Had a fabulous time staying at this place. The character of the building makes it a beauty gem. (b) Location - I will say it is walkable to most places. We enjoyed the good walk...

We stayed in EA Hotel Crystal Palace for 3 days. Though the hotel is located in a by-lane, the taxi drivers had no trouble finding it. The hotel is only a five minutes walk from the metro station. I've stayed in some great hotels around the world-The Oriental in Bangkok, the Paradors of Spain, and still, the service at Le Palais is second to none. We were supposedly on a tight budget for Prague, but after reading online reviews, I couldn't resist going 30% over to stay in his hotel, and now I think we underpaid. It was a bargain. The rooms were unique, ornate...
