Unexpected surprises”
The room is spacious but need renovation. Balcony door's locks is broken. Kitchenware looks very old. The air-conditioning is good. The beach located very close but staff of other hotels at the beach close access at 7pm. The sand is nice and fine view but very difficult to swim. The very huge stones at the sea is a really dangerous. And very important for me is a lot of cockroaches up to huge sizes at kitchen and shower area.

Wonderful, everything is there plus it is close to the casino, hospital and church. The only thing to make my stay better is better WiFi service. The whole area of the resort should be ok with WiFi extenders. My two stays before this one both had access to WiFi in the rooms I was staying in, but now WiFi is limited to the reception area only. Other than that my stay was opitimo. But I do need access to WiFi, and the reception area has mosquitos that bite you while you are utilizing the WiFi.

Awesome, I love my room/apartment. The whole Staff made me feel like a welcome friend. As a traveller, I am always spotted as a foreigner and the locals would always try to sell me something but , at the Plaza Real Resort it was quite peaceful. And I felt quite safe there. The food, drinks and service were amazing. Most of all I Love this place. I recommend as an awesome getaway from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas.

Good position, friendly stuff, terrible room”
Instead of the room on the picture, hotel offered us a small wooden dominicah house without glass windows (mosquitos nets only) with holes in the roof and thousants of mosquitos. Tap and shower was very old - so you need to dance in the shower to cath a water stream. Room was very dark and wet. The only bonus was - we had got a small kitchen and a fridge (but without proper dishes). Wooden furniture were painted long ago. Room cleaning was every day, but room still looked dirty because of old paint, rusty metal and yellow toilet. Stuf was very friendly and responsive - during the hour they usually repaired if something was broken or helped us to connect internet, work with safe box etc. Hotel is covered by Wi-fi (but very slow speed).

Es un bonito lugar, su personal el muy complaciente. El desayuno es bueno y las habitaciones son bonitas. Solo deben mejorar las camas, las cuales son muy incómodas.
